Pros: Clean nice and affordable right next to the Vatican

Cons: Everything was perfect for my stay

It wasnt perfect but it was comfortable, room was nice and it was good value for money

Cons: - We never met the staff as they were not in in the evening or in the morning before we left. Which is not a problem, they messaged me with checking details, but when i tried calling to ask about something, they didnt pick up - I found it strange they wanted us to write down our passport numbers - we had to pay the tourist tax in cash - No tea or kettle available

Pros: Great sized room, bed very comfortable, aircon was great, balcony so cute for a couple stay. Clean bathroom. Local restaurants and mini marts short 5-10 min walk.

Cons: No lift for bags so make sure you’re able to carry your suit cases. They don’t change your towels or make up rooms daily, for a “luxury” accommodation this was surprising. No one comes to clear the rubbish in your rooms either. If you want fresh sheets or towels is $5 euro per person. We paid the tourist tax on arrival but I was asked the next day to pay again.

Great location, good sized room with a lovely balcony.

Pros: The room was great for what I needed. Good enough space to relax, and the balcony was a wonderful plus. Location is lovely, and the staff were very helpful with check-in/check-out and luggage storage.

Highly recommended if you want to be near Vatican City

Pros: The location is so close to St Peter’s Basilica/Vatican city The balcony was wonderful Beds were comfortable Coffee machine in the room Glasses and bottle opener/corkscrew was perfect as well

Cons: Would have been nice to have little milk pots to have with the coffee that is just personal preference though and didn’t spoil the stay

Wonderful place very near the Vatican.

Pros: Very close to the Vatican. Very comfy beds. Lots of space. Clean bathroom. Seems pretty new. Balcony. Espresso coffee. The Pappa Rex restaurant nearby - a big surprise!

Perfect for a short stay

Pros: Very comfortable bed, simple facilities but for a short stay it’s perfect. It’s located near the Vatican, which is perfect as it’s a 10min walk. But if you’re looking to go to the centre it’s a 40ish min walk, or there’s a bus stop just a few minutes away, and there are buses that can take you to the centre or to termini station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Getting in touch with staff can be difficult

Pros: Nice location, it was pretty clean and comfortable. Balcony was an additional advantage.

Cons: Loud cleaning of the rooms in the morning. It would be nice to have coffee capsules (we had 2 for 2 people for 3 nights). There was no duvet cover

Super room!

Pros: The room was clean, the location was ok (10min far from Vatican city by feet), the communication was good and they brought us every morning new coffee cupsels for the coffee Maschine. The room was cozy and warm. The balcony was super cute. I recommend it for sure!

Beautiful location

Pros: The room is beautiful and the neighborhood is wonderful. It is close to a lot of bus stops and the area is calm.

Cons: We received a negative response for both an early check-in and a late check-out.It was written that the room would be available for check-in at 12:30 and it was not ready until an hour later. I called the indicated phone number and there was no reply.
