Pros: Our stay in Rome was truly lovely. The location is outstanding, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is very clean and well organised. The staff were exceptionally kind, and a special thank you to Virgilio, who welcomed us so warmly and thoughtfully shared a guide with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. In a lovely and unexpected gesture, he even shared some dried mango from the Philippines with me after I mentioned how much I love it — such a small but meaningful detail that made our stay even more memorable. We will certainly choose to stay here again when we return to Rome.

Pros: Layla was such a great and accommodating host She greeted us with the biggest smile and was always willing to help us out.

Pros: Great location and amazing hosts, very helpful and friendly. The guest house is ideally located for all the major attractions in Rome and everything is within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. This is a hidden gem amongst the many options in Rome well worth considering.

Pros: Location and cleanliness, the apartment was cleaned every day along with the changing of towels.

great location , friendly staff and clean room

Pros: Layla & Virgilio were great hosts and made us feel welcome. Virgilio gave us plenty of information on tourist attractions and Layla was very helpful showing us the kitchen and made every effort for us to enjoy our stay

Cons: Doors were difficult to lock and there are too many keys . suggest a key card approach. also limited after hours service as there were no obvious staff onsite after 9pm

Great Location, clean rooms

Pros: The location was super nice. The place is so close to the Trastevere area, where probably many people want to spend time eating & drinking. The rooms are located on the basement level. But since you will probably be back in your room when in dark, I think it is not a big problem. It is impossible to open a window, but AC's fan mode works well. We stayed in the grey room, which I think has the best location in this guest house. Since the other rooms are close to the reception or kitchen, they can be a bit loud. The bathroom was big enough. I saw some comments about small bathrooms, but that was really good. There was a kitchen where you could grab some coffee, tea, or other beverages. Even some snacks. The staff were so friendly & helpful with anything you needed. So thanks to Layla & Virgilio.

Lovely family friendly hotel in a great location

Pros: Comfortable room in a great location. Very peaceful and felt very safe whilst also being walking distance to everything. We only saw one member of staff during our visit but he was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: Our room was lower ground floor so although we had a window it was opaque glass and faced a wall so no view and very dark without the light on.

Had a fantastic holiday and would definitely go back.

Pros: Great location, spacious and very comfortable beds. Staff were really friendly.

Cons: A little tired in places but nothing that affected our stay.
