Pros: Everything, the space, the location,the staff. Absolutely wonderful. I want to thank the front desk staff and also jessica, I had a few mishaps that were my fault, and they went above and beyond to help me, though, and they were just wonderful. Pros: Location was excellent - away from the busy city centre but close enough to walk to all the tourist areas with good bus service. Room was very clean, comfortable and was in a quiet apartment.

Perfect location and room!!

Pros: Fantastic location and room, we stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it, cafes and restaurant are surrounding this place. The room is a perfect size with a comfortable bed and linens. It was raining one day and Ferdinand went and got us umbrellas to use for the day, he was fantastic!!! Looking forward to our next stay here.

Short weekend break

Pros: The location was very central . The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room had all the necessary things like toiletries, iron, coffee etc. Ac was good, tv had Netflix, the bed was super comfortable which is a plus. Good water pressure. Photos match the room.

Cons: The place is located on a pedestrian road so expect to walk a little bit (around 2mins) from the road not a big issue but something to keep in mind if you have heavy items. Also no lift.

Pros: Location was perfect. Near to tram buses and shops. Not too far from the colosseum about 20 minutes walk with breathtaking sights along the way

Beautiful, clean, near everything you need.

Pros: The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a top location for exploring the entire city on foot. The rating would have been 10/10 if we hadn't experienced the theft of a gold necklace from the table in the room. It's our responsibility for not leaving valuable items in the safe, but still, we didn't expect that we couldn't trust the staff who maintain the rooms.

Pros: מקום מדהים, צוות איכפתי ונעים, כל מה שביקשו קיבלנו מיד,אפילו משקל מזוודה ששאלנו אם יש במקום, מיד בעל המקום הלך לקנות לנו, אין לי מילים להודות, המקום נקי מסודר, החדרים חדשים, מאובזרים עד לפרטים הקטנים, תודה רבה, כשנשוב לרומא זה רק למלון הזה!!!
