Convenient and comfortable

Pros: Location was great … 10-20 mins walk to all main sites. It was very spacious which is important when you have 2 people & 2 large suitcases. Bed was big and very comfortable. Good shower & nicely appointment bathroom.

Cons: Breakfast was disappointing. Very little choice & terrible coffee. Lady who served it was delightful but she had little to offer.

Quiet Accommodation in a great Location

Pros: The room was very spacious and the bed was incredible. Best sleep during entire 7 week holiday. Breakfast in the communal room was fresh and generous and served by the most delightful Italian lady. We got around the communication barrier with the help of Google translate and were able to have a lovely chat. We also appreciated the security of the building and the peacefulness away from very busy streets.

Cons: We had a major problem with the air conditioner. At first just small drops of water which then turned into a wall and door frame pouring water and splashing onto a bedside table and the side of the bed. We put a bin underneath the worst of the water and filled it with hand towels to stop the dripping and the water all over the floor. We had to walk under the air conditioner to get to the bathroom. I must say with honesty ~ we did not report the problem. It was a 2 night stay and there was a scorching heatwave so we were running the unit at 25° After our first day out we assume it was the cleaner who emptied out the water and took away the wet towels. There was a dry towel for us to use with the bucket.

Pros: The hostess was very kind and welcoming. The atmosphere felt warm and friendly and the bed was very comfortable and good quality.

Cons: The breakfast was simple and the price was a bit high.

Pros: The property is kept very clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and again the staff couldn’t do enough for you..!

Pros: We loved its authentic charm and ideal location, within walking distance to most main attractions. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom, and our wonderful host made us breakfast each morning while teaching us bits of Italian (she speaks minimal English).

Perfect place to stay while we were visiting Rome, highly recommend

Pros: Perfect location with a lovely buffet breakfast served by a lovely lady, guest room was clean & comfortable.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

A great spot to access the historic heart of Rome and from which to explore other neighbourhoods.

Pros: The room, location, staff, and cost were excellent. Marjan was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful during our stay. Our room, the Carolina, was well-furnished, spacious, and comfortable. Cleanliness and attention to detail with respect to room maintenance was great, as well.

Cons: There were additional fees we had to pay on the premises due to Rome's short-term accommodations legislation. This is no problem, in and of itself, and they weren't a lot (4 euro per guest per day, or so), but it would be better to have those fees transparent up front on the total cost, instead of the guest having to find out on the spot. The staff handled it well, but it would just be better to know up front.
