Great location but not easy to find.

Pros: The location was excellent but not the easiest place to find as the door signage is not easy to spot.

Cons: The room was warm and as the only window opened onto the outlet of a pizza restaurant it didn't enable any external cooling to be had during our stay. Despite attempts to change the air conditioning settings in the room it didn't appear to work and a request to get it working at reception did not provide any changes to the room temperature.

Amazing - would stay again

Pros: Amazing location, close to everything Pantheon around 5 mins walk Colloseum 15-20 mins They were kind enough to upgrade us as it was our anniversary

Pros: The suite was comfortable and very nice. Although there was no fiscal or front-desk management in place, the cleaning lady who was there tried to help me and was very kind.

Cons: Daytime street noise, no phone support (only delayed texts), a bad smell in the shower, and someone from the stuff entered my room after check-in without explanation (nothing was missing).

Fab place to stay for a visit to Rome

Pros: Lovely staff, Giorgia on reception was a joy to deal with. Well appointed rooms with a free stocked fridge with drinks and snacks. Great location for restaurants and to see Rome’s famous historic places. It’s an old renovated building but there’s a small lift so no lugging suitcases up stairs.

Cons: Our room only had a small frosted window so no view, this didn’t bother us too much but if this is an issue, select a room with a view when booking. Bathroom felt slightly cramped and shower floor can be very slippery.
