Amazing. Very clean, great staff. Loved it.

Pros: We were welcomed by Roton on arrival. There had been a problem with our room before we arrived but they had emailed us the day before to explain and gave us choices. Everything sorted out once we arrived, the change of room was ready so a very smooth transition. Everyone was so welcoming & helpful. Definitely going to book again.

Cons: Sadly there are no room safes but that is the only issue.

Pros: Staff were excellent, great kitchen, restocked, so food available all day. The room was very clean and beds comfy. Walking distance from all main sites. You can leave your cases on site after checking out

Pros: Absolutely stunning view. Was not expecting it to be as close to everything but we could walk to all the main attractions in the same day. Very very well positioned. Acces to the building was smooth, no issues, even at midnight. The elevator is quite spacious and cute. Anything you need, just ask for, the hosts are amazing and will help you immediately. Also nice to have all day long snacks and water in the kitchen. Would definitely come again!!

It was perfect for us.

Pros: Very convenient location, good view from room. We walked everywhere for sightseeing and dinners.

Cons: As we arrived just after the designated check in time 4pm, we had to use the link to do self check in but it didn’t work. Fortunately we managed to speak to the staff over the phone and the doors were opened remotely for us. We wondered what happened if we couldn’t find the staff!!

Overall, very good and I would recommend to others. I have been brutally honest in feedback.

Pros: Breakfast not great but not that much of a problem in a warm climate. It was a limitted breakfast and as there is not much room it was often easier to take your breakfast into your own bedroom.

Cons: The arrangements on arrival were a bit difficult. I had notified the host of our approximate arrival time, however, on arrival the system to open the front door didn't work and eventually we got hold of the host by phone to gain access. This could have been problematic at almost 8pm. However, the host was very pleasant and did sort things out.

Pros: The beds were amazing. The guest house was so clean, well equipped, provided breads, meats, cheese, milk, yoghurt, fruit, continental breakfast and still and sparkling water bottles. We were so impressed. The staff were fantastic and the location was great for sightseeing with a bus stop right across the road. There was a convenience store in the adjacent building and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It has the most wonderful, triple headed shower with fantastic pressure! Highly recommend!

Pros: The property was in a great location, rooms very nice, breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful

Cons: There was some street noise late at night.

Pros: I liked everything! The location was perfect, the hotel was small but very clean and cute.

Cons: nothing to complain ! I piked everything!!!

A great location to explore central Rome

Pros: Location was unbeatable and so was the view from the room. Staff was attentive, responsive and friendly. The room was super clean.

Cons: The room and the bathroom were pretty small and the mattress way too soft. Breakfast is basic but nothing is missing. Soundproof could be better but it is an older building and not much can be done, just hope for respectful neighbors (which we had). The entrance to the building needs renovation.
