Ideal location and warm hospitality

Pros: The location was the best choice for me. It offers an open view and a beautiful horizon. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. Even the old elevator, has its own charm and made you feel like travelling to another era. The breakfast was just right and perfectly adequate to start the day.

We will be back. Location in s by far the best we could have had. Very safe!

Lovely accommodation in a fantastic central spot in rome. Easy to walk everywhere & lots of good restaurants close.

Welcoming staff and great location

Pros: Great location, walking distance to Pantheon, and other sights. Hotel staff were very welcoming. Even the staff manning the kitchen was friendly and nice. Great room size, alot of space. It's a boutique hotel with only a few rooms. So its quite exclusive but well maintained and clean room.

Cons: Was kinda surprised by the lift. No fault of the hotel, as its located at an well maintained old building. The lift is those ancient type where u need to manually open and close the door. But at least it was functional.

Great spot for a long weekend (couple or family of 3)

Pros: Lovely, friendly staff. Nice clean room with a big, modern bathroom with double sinks. Breakfast was great. Good central location for sightseeing. The attached photo is of the lovely view across the rooftops from the breakfast room. Good comms from property before and during. Also booked taxis through booking.con from the airport to property and back, which worked well.

Cons: Beds (both main bed and the sofa bed our son slept on) were pretty soft, but that was the only downside. Water was only put in the room on our first night (we stayed for 3) so remember to buy your own water if you stay for more than a night. It didn’t bother us, but if you are fussed by noise this may not be the best place to stay; it’s 4 floors up but on a very busy road so there is quite a lot of street noise overnight.

Pros: Everything was excellent. Location was perfect, staff were friendly and we had a great experience. Although the elevator is original and small, it added to the charm and experience.
