Lovely stay, a little escape in Rome
Pros: We really enjoyed the experience and we loved this property. Historic charm and a great location. The staff were very friendly and delightful. The room was spacious and clean with excellent AC. We will definitely return!

Excellent location.
Pros: Our booking was very last minute due to a change in flights. We were welcomed at the property by the host who gave us a terrific introduction to the location and the property itself. The private bathroom is off the common area but this was not a problem at all. The common areas are very comfortable and snacks, cereals, juice, yoghurt, cakes, tea, coffee, milk etc are generously provided for guests in the kitchen.
Cons: We recommend requesting 2 sets of keys at check-in so family members can return to the apartment separately if needed.

A brilliant base for a stay in Rome

Pros: Absolutely loved this accommodation and his such a steal for the price. The whole place is designed and decorated perfectly and the location is excellent, in the best area of Rome, close to the Pantheon and to every must visit places. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. We would certainly book again.

Safe, perfect location, amazing hosts, cozy room, stocked kitchen!
Pros: It was the perfect spot! The accommodation was spot on including the shared kitchen - absolutely amazing! It was always stocked with breakfast goodies like juice, bread, fruit and more which made mornings so easy. The hosts really went above and beyond for me from kindly bringing my suitcase to my room to offering a free cleaning service when I needed it. My room was spacious and super comfortable, perfect for kicking back and relaxing, especially when the weather wasn’t cooperating. And the location? Couldn’t have asked for better. It’s just a stone’s throw from the Pantheon, and I found I could easily walk to several historic sites. I truly appreciated everything about this stay!

Pros: Vintage place with the spirit of Rome. 2 floors room was on the floor with only 2 apartments. Bathroom is outside of the room, but it's dedicated for your room. Location is perfect. Kitchen has everything you need with gratis snacks and water. Staff is amazing and instructions to get in were shared in advance and there was no issue with late check-in.
Cons: Challenges you may face: hot water in the shower requires fine tuning, you will not be able to bring the suitcase on the second floor inside the apt (stair is too narrow), apt is on the second floor and elevator is not spacy, bathroom is outside the room.

We lived here next to Phanteon, and we could walk to Colosseum, Fontana Di Trevi, the Spanish Stairs and a lots of more of the beautiful places Rom have. Thank you also for yours great hosbility! Gorgeous accommodation and fab location
Pros: Amazing ambiance, perfect for a comfortable and quiet stay in Rome, the room was so spacious and clean, with good air conditioning and comfy beds. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to the Pantheon, so perfect for getting around. Walking distance to many Rome attractions. Really good value for money, be back soon for sure.

Perfect spot to stay in Rome
Pros: Excellent hosts who welcomed us and were there to assist throughout. Love the location, easy walk to Pantheon. The 2 superb restaurants downstairs were a bonus.
Cons: With the toilets situated outside the room, it was a little uncomfortable especially if there's another guest staying there.
