The best accommodation in Rome

Pros: The best accommodation in Rome we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, spacious rooms, an excellent location right in the city center. We felt very safe. Thank you, Salvo ❤️ we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

Great location!

Pros: The location was fantastic and host Salvo was so friendly and a great communicator. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. Great to have the terrace upstairs although we were too busy to make use of this! Also nice to have the little Juliette balcony attached to our room. Great service to have the room tidied every day.

Cons: There was no bin in the kitchen, only a bathroom bin. The three rooms were a little tired and worn and in need of some TLC. A lot of dust around the tile borders in bathroom and soap holders in shower not very clean. The shower was very small and found it very hard to adjust the temperature but the pressure was great.

Very warm and welcoming host. The location, next to the pantheon, is excellent.

Pros: The host. Salvo, is exceptionally warm and welcoming and does everything for his guests. He was concerned and helpful whenever I had a question or needed some help.

Cons: In Italy the air condition systems, inside and outside, often make hissing sounds. if you are from Northern Europe, you are not used to that (since we do not use AC - we don't need it with our cold weather). I did not understand at first that the staff automatically put on the AC in the room whenever they cleaned, so the the hissing sound came back when I thought I was rid of it.

Pros: The location was amazing and in walking distance to everything.

Cons: Not really anything to say here.

Absolutely brilliant

Pros: The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, cafes for the most beautiful coffee and of course the pantheon. We walked to all major tourist attractions from this hotel. The hotel is brilliant, clean, tidy and very friendly staff. Mr Salvo is an excellent host who couldn’t do anymore for us. Next time we will bring the Guinness!!

Great hotel for city getaway

Pros: Very central location, less than 5 mins walk to the Pantheon, convenience store right around the corner, plenty of good restaurants and cafes around. Beautiful hotel in a historical building with lots of antique furniture and decorations throughout the hotel and in the room. Host was very nice helping us handling luggage, recommending us great restaurants and cafes.

Cons: It was in a historical building so no lift to the room, not great for people travelling with a buggy, but the host did help us handling our luggage. Central locations which means noise during mid night. Wasn't too bad if all windows are closed but that forces us to use the air con day and night.

excellent location for sightseeing in Rome

Pros: The rooms were quirky but very comfortable and it was great to have a fridge in our rooms. The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the Pantheon and very central but in a quiet back street. Everything was very clean and we had everything that we needed. The roof terrace was an added bonus. The perfect place to chill after long days of sightseeing. The restaurant attached to the hotel was just around the corner and we enjoyed a couple of excellent meals there. We hope to return to Rome and this is where we would choose to stay.

Overall it was okay, great location

Pros: Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the Pantheon from Piazza Navona. Large room, old but beautiful and well-preserved building with character, The manager of the place is very kind and very helpful.

Cons: The bathroom has seen better days and could be improved, including the water pressure.

Pros: We had an amazing stay, the location is superb, everything in walking distance, but Salvo is the star, he organised our transfers, gave us loads of useful information when we checked in and was super helpful with an questions or queries.

Pros: The location staff and room was all excellent, everything was clean tidy but also had a great homely feeling to it. For the most part we were left to put own devices which is what we loved the most. Would recommend any first time or frequent flyers going to Rome to consider this place. Salvo was wonderful and incredibly helpful, not once did I feel like there was any issues or I couldn't ask about any issues I might of had. All in all I personally would like to thank salvo and the lovely maids who work there, they made our stay wonderful.

Cons: Only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't if stayed there any longer, and the TV we couldn't get English speaking channels as much, but visiting another country I wasn't expecting I'd be able to. Nor did it take away from the trip in any regard .
