Great location, clean rooms, and good service — a very pleasant stay in Rome

Pros: The location is exceptional and very convenient for exploring Rome. The service was good, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons: The breakfast option could be improved, and the TV in the room is not a smart TV, which limits entertainment options.

A very neat and well maintained facility. Located right in the middle of the city with easy access to areas of interest

My second time choosing to stay here in Rome. I would recommend it further.

Pros: Great location, great value for price, big room, very clean, staff very friendly.

Cons: You have to go up a few stairs to get to the elevator, but for me it wasn’t a bug inconvenience. Also during the night, you could hear from another room laughter or if people were talking loud.

Pros: It was beautiful property with all that was needed and so close to be able to walk and enjoy the sites.

Cons: There was anything didn’t like. It it on double floor stairs however there is a lift to use if requires.

Pros: Excellent location walking distance from many places and bus stops and taxis nearby. Many restaurants nearby Staff gave a quick introduction to Rome in the map, easy to understand the city and plan the day trips. Good communication. Fridge in the room

Pros: Location couldnt have been better. Situated right near plenty of attractions. Tax stands right across the road and plenty of great food nearby. Nicole was a great host and helped us with plenty of information leading up to and whilst we were in Rome. Great accommodation.

Cons: Everything was great, but this is not a room for 4 people. We did not have enough room to even open our suitcases. Very small space but overall still satisfied.

Pros: The location is amazing. You have ruins outside your window! . The check in process was very easy, we arrived late and an envelope was waiting with our key.

Cons: It's overly pricey for the size of the room and the facilities. It's also extremely noisy.. but you are in Rome. There are also quite a few multiple levels in a very small space that are trip hazards, especially night toilet visits.

Great location comfortable clean

Pros: The location was fantastic. Run outside the Argentinian Square. Bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean.

Cons: The breakfast included on where we were staying wasn’t actually on the property. It was on the other side of the square when we got up there the choices were very limited and not something that we would particularly enjoy for breakfast..
