Pros: Convenient location. The breakfasts in our room, were plentiful. The bed was super comfy. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Faruk.

Cons: The bathroom was a little on small side

Coming to Rome? You have to stay in this hotel!

Pros: We loved everything about the hotel and the staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. An amazing breakfast was brought up to our room each morning. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and staff. We will see you again soon!

Great choice for city break!

Pros: rooms very clean and you had everything that you need and staff was friendly and helpfull

Cons: The mattress was way too soft and was in two pieces for a double bed, which wasn't very comfortable.

An amazing stay, home away from home.

Pros: The staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful. Service was excellent and timely. The breakfast was delightful with plenty of choice. Hoda was exceptionally helpful and gave some great recommendations for restaurants in the local area.

Cons: I cannot think of anything I would have changed or didn't like.

Pros: The location is seriously the best! The rooms are beautiful and unique. When we arrived, we were offered welcome drinks with snacks at the hotel rooftop. The service was incredible! I want to point out Hoda, Marta and Farock that were extremely welcoming and made sure we are happy and comfortable the entire stay! I would also like to recommend the breakfast in the room service which was amazing.

Cons: There are rooms that are right near the front desk. I recommend upgrading the rooms, it can get a bit noisy

Pros: Staff were so friendly and could not help you enough! The location was brilliant, so close to everything, all within a walking distance. The free welcome drink and snacks in the hotel bar was such a lovely little touch. Absolutely loved it!

Perfection

Pros: The hotel was centrally located. Breakfast was delivered to the room upon prior request made a day in advance. The staff was very friendly — everyone, including the housekeeping team, was kind and welcoming. The hotel has an old-style, classic design and is more suitable for couples rather than families with babies. The elevator is very small and inconvenient, and there are stairs leading to the rooms on the lowest floor.

Cons: There is no privacy at all in the shower/toilet area. This was uncomfortable, as the door does not close completely and the glass is transparent. It was also very noisy outside, even with the window closed. The noise woke us up from sleep.

Amazing

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome and would happily recommend it. The location was fantastic — perfectly situated for exploring the city, with many major sights, restaurants, and transport links within easy reach. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, with special thanks to Faruq for going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after. Service like that really made a difference. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Breakfast offered a good variety and was a great way to start each day before heading out to explore. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Rome.
