Highly recommend

Pros: The experience was great - the staff were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The location is off the charts - walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and accessible by taxi (which may not always be the case with central properties, and made the check-in with heavy luggage very smooth.)

Would happily stay again.

Pros: Amazing location right opposite a set of ruins and near bus and taxi stops. 10min walk to the pantheon and 20min to colosseum. Service was great and staff were friendly and accommodating. Good toilet and shower, and housekeeping services. Room had free wifi, TV and minibar + kettle. Daily breakfast buffet available. Building has small lift.

Cons: Booked the triple single bed room, very spacious, 2 beds had good mattresses, but 4 nights on the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

Pros: A wonderful place and a perfect base to explore the city. Very friendly staff.

Cons: There were 3 twin sized beds in the room, one of them was a roll out armchair (not very comfortable)

Large, spacious, comfortable and very conveniently located close to major tourist sites.

Pros: Very central location within walking distance to many tourist sites. Tram stops are almost on doorstep. There are nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The apartment was very spacious and big enough to accomodate a few people. There were also a rollout sofa bed. The air con was nice and cool especially on hot days.

Cons: It is a little dated and could do with a refresh but nothing major.

Pros: On the morning of our departure. We were going to go to the Train Station and pay to leave our baggage in the Baggage Room/Lounge until our evening train. So we could continue Site Seeing. They said your welcome to leave it here and comeback later in the day. (No fee or charge). We gladly accepted.

Cons: The Beds. Prefer a Softer Bed. A little too hard but that is typical of all Hotels.

Great location, staff were helpful, room was really clean and comfy.

I definitely recommend

Pros: The facility, which has an elegant architecture, is located in a way that will allow you to relax and unwind while exploring Rome during the day. Especially after taking a shower and drinking something cold on the balcony, you can continue your trip where we left off. In addition, the staff is very helpful and make you feel comfortable.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

I would recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Pros: The staff were all so very friendly and welcoming. The room was a very good size and the property was in a very good location, with access to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus routes

Cons: The apartment was quite noisy. The persons staying next door were very noisy late in the evening. There was also a lot of noise early in the morning when I believe they were getting ready to serve the breakfast. We didn’t mind this as we were up early anyway, but take earplugs if you are a light sleeper or not wanting to wake up early. There appeared to be an option to get the air con lower than 18, but it didn’t work.
