Lovely apartment in Trastevere

Pros: Beautiful, big, comfortable, well equipped apartment in Trastevere. It ie located in a silent area and is perfect as a base to visit Rome

Pros: Everything about this stay was perfect! The apartment’s location is unbeatable, and the interior design is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—we were even greeted with a bottle of champagne! They were also kind enough to allow a late check-out and let us store our luggage for an extra 3 hours. Truly a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!\

Superb apartment and Airport shuttle service.

Pros: The property was spacious ,well equipped and spotless.It was quiet while at the same time located close to restaurants and nightlife.The owner shuttled us to and from the airport .He also kept our luggage and had it loaded for our late departure for the airport, which was much appreciated .I would recommend this apartment without reservation.

Spacious, comfortable, and quiet base for exploring Rome

Pros: Located just outside the picturesque Trastevere district, this spacious apartment offers a peaceful retreat within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and bars. Situated on the 6th floor at the back of the complex, it provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Please note: there are several stairs to reach the lift, so guests with mobility issues may find access challenging. The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living area with sofas, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table — ideal for families or groups. It’s safe, clean, and well connected to the main tourist areas of Rome, which are easily reachable on foot, by tram, or by taxi/Uber.

Cons: Communication could have been smoother. It would have been helpful to have all the practical information available from the start — for example, a booklet explaining how to manage things like the air-conditioning water canisters (which need to be emptied daily), details about the tourist tax (to be left in cash in the small safe by the door), and clear checkout procedures. We also experienced some last-minute changes, such as being asked shortly before checkout (at 10am) to bring our bags down to the taxi after being told earlier that we could leave them in the apartment. During our stay, new instructions were sent each morning via WhatsApp, which made planning a bit difficult. That said, the host was very kind and well-intentioned — just a bit late and minimal in communication.

A wonderful trip. We enjoyed seeing the landmarks and history of Rome and Italy.

Pros: The apartment is comfortable and has a strategic location in the middle of the city, with transportation available. The host was very friendly at the reception, cooperative, and quick to respond to our inquiries and help us. We thank him very much and recommend staying in this apartment. We will return to it next time.

Spacious unit with an old fashion style lift

Pros: The apartment was very clean, neat and tidy. The host Vincenzo was always available to help out in any way possible. The accommodation was serviced by an old fashion lift (the kids loved it). Apartnent was in a great location.

Cons: Suited our stay

Pros: Facilities were good, plenty of sofas. We really liked that. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great.

Cons: Could have provided dishwasher tablets.

Perfect stay in Trastevere

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Trastevere! The location was perfect—close to amazing restaurants, charming streets, and all the major sites were about 30 minutes walk away. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage on the last day and assisting us with transportation to and from the airport. Their hospitality truly made our trip enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome.
