Great stay - amazing location - brilliant host

Pros: Alessandro was very friendly and helpful - thank you for looking after us! Central location - bus stop few steps away from the apartment. Convenience store just across the road. Coffee shop downstairs where delicious coffee is being made Spacious apartment where there is everything for the comfortable and pleasant stay

Great location and larger than expected apartment with excellent AC

Pros: The location was great! There was a tram stop and bus stop right outside the building which can take you to the center of Rome. The apartment was much bigger than what the photos looked like. There was enough space to walk around the entire apartment. The kitchen had oil, salt, and sugar suitable for cooking. The air conditioning AC was amazing! There were three machines around the apartment that were fully functional and excellent for reducing the heat in July.

A great place to explore Rome and the local area was full of little cafes, bars and restaurants.

Pros: The location was fantastic! Bus and tram at doorstep. Alessandro was so helpful and understanding when our arrival was delayed. Also accessible throughout our stay. The views of the street and courtyard were lovely.

The best apartment we ever stayed at when travelling!

Pros: The Capital Flat apartment was as just as we expected it to be, and even more! The best location to be in Rome, safe and well connected with public transportation, quiet and comfortable for sleeping, well equipped kitchen, lots of space, perfect bed mattress, close to bakeries and restaurants, as well as supermarkets. In addition to all that, the host, Alessandro is the most welcoming host we have ever had, always there to support with local tips and advices. If you are thinking about renting this apartment, rest for sure you will get the best quality for the price, and think no further. All the recommendations. :)
