Villa Domus Roma

Pros: It was a lovely home very accomodating, Barbara and her son made us feel like part of the family. As for the house, the pictures don't lie, everything was tidy and clean, spotless even, the bedroom was very comfortable, perfect for a couple, honestly one of the best places we'v e rented

Cons: Maybe the location, it was a bit far from city center with only one line of bus to get there and they stop at 23:30, but it was okey, it was part of the adventure

Little gem with easy parking

Pros: Property was easy to find and plenty of free parking. Room was comfortable and clean. We had room with adjoining bathroom for our private use but it was literally inches away so wasn't an issue. We arrived earlier than expected but Marco was happy to let us to check-in and helped with bus information and local restaurants. Bus stop is a minute or two walk and ran regularly into Rome central with about 20 minute journey. (Tip: stay on bus until end of route so you know where to get return bus from) Quiet and pretty garden. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return for our next visit. Thank you.

Cons: Bathroom could do with a lock of some sort.

Pros: The location was great (bus stop right round the corner) the bedroom was very comfortable. AC was great. The outdoor seating area was beautiful.

Cons: We would have preferred the bathroom to be attached to our room (or on the same floor) but that was clearly listed on the website and we had a lovely private bathroom. The sound proofing between rooms wasn't fantastic - someone was singing early in the morning.

Pros: The owner of the house is really a very classy lady and elegant, the safety at the house is very high, i forgot my money once and it was a big amount , after cleaning they put it on the same.place .better than a 5 stars hotel.highly rexommemded very quiet area and full of green plant

A peaceful and unique experience.

Pros: As an English speaker from Australia, the host was very polite and accomodating. Check in and out was flexible and seamless. The property was clean and quiet. Great restaurant nearby.

Cons: It takes quite a while to get into the city because the nearest bus service runs once every 30 minutes and not very punctual.

Pros: Very nice accommodation in a quiet part of Rome, about 20 minutes by bus 218 from the center. The accommodation is in a house with several separate rooms, private bathroom, shared kitchen. And even a garden, which we didn't use anyway, because we left in the morning and returned late in the evening. There are two restaurants nearby, one open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Antica Roma), where we always went for breakfast and then went straight to the center. On the last day, we also went there for dinner, and it was the best meal we had in four days in Rome. The owner, Barbara, is very kind, accommodating in every way, and on the last day she even drove us to the airport herself. Barbara, thank you very much. Thanks also to you, we had a wonderful long weekend in Rome.
