Pros: Sabrina was very helpful. She explained the facilities and made our overall stay very pleasant. The property is spacious, clean and has all the facilities that we needed.

Ottimo soggiorno a Roma

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in tre, due adulti e una bambina. L'appartamento è confortevole, pulito, ben attrezzato e l'edificio è dotato di ascensore. La posizione è ottima: la metro è a due passi, così come negozi, supermercati, bar, pizzerie, ristoranti. Sabrina è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Cons: Nulla. Tutto perfetto.

Pros: A localização do apartamento é ótima, próximo ao Coliseu e às igrejas Santa Maria Maggiore e San Giovanni in Laterano. O proprietário, Sr. Roberto, uma pessoa muito gentil e prestativa. O apartamento tem o necessário para uma estadia tranquila e confortável. Eu recomendo o apartamento para pessoas que valorizam a praticidade e o acolhimento da casa.

Un lugar excelente para quedarse

Pros: El apartamento es hermoso. Su ubicación es muy buenas. Supermercado , colectivo y metro cercanos

Cons: La verdad que todo estuvo muy bien. Quizas un poco por nuestra culpa se nos corto la luz por alto consumo y el anfitrion no estuvo muy atenta a ayudarnos. Gracias a un vecino pudimos recuperar la luz pero en ese tiempo la pasamos un poco mal por que no sabíamos a quien acudir. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que el anfitrión era bastante insistente con el pago del impuesto, algo que en otros hospedajes no me paso.

Pros: Minha estadia nesta acomodação em Roma foi excelente! O apartamento é muito bem localizado, a poucos minutos da estação de metrô San Giovanni, o que facilita muito o deslocamento pela cidade. O espaço é bem equipado, funcional e extremamente limpo, com tudo o que precisamos para uma estadia confortável. O banheiro é ótimo. Recomendo muito para quem procura praticidade, conforto e uma ótima localização em Roma.
