Pros: Everything was excellent, especially location. Metro station line A is very close, but Colosseum was reachable by walk in 20minutes, so we prefered walking. Very good value for money. Reccomended.

Pros: The location is very good, quiet zone, with avaible metro and buses, little store on the corner. The Colosseum and the San Giovanni in Laterano church are close (aprox 10-20 min walking distance) The check-in and out is easy and convenient. The appartment was clean. You have a small kitchen with basically everything you need.

Cons: The water went cold at some point during shower, maybe because the heating method used (centralised heating or boiler). In the advertising is said that you pay on site, and only payment by card is accepted. You will be asked if you want to pay by cash (and they would prefer this), or by card and they sens you a link were you can pay. Also, the tourist tax needs to be payd by cash. We had no problem with the payment or the appartment, but the situation was a bit awkward at first (we thought it may be a scam). So I only mention this as a way to let others know about this.

Lovely place, worth the price!

Pros: The apartment is situated on a great location: Metro station San Giovanni and the bus station is 20 m away. From both of them you can reach all the desired destinations in Rome. The Colosseum and Roman Forum is at 20 minutes walking distance. Our host - Luca was great. He is ready all the time to help you, if you need - with recommendations for restaurants, transportation... The view to the top of San Giovanni in Laterano was great! When we come back to Rome, we will be again your guests, Luca!

Pros: Everything was good. Balcony and location was big advantage. The only unpleasant thing was that it was cold during the day. The host said heating depends on the building, so i recommend bringing warmer clothes. :) Also there was no tea or sugar, this is not a disadvantage, but just to let others know (because if we knew we would of brought that with us as we arrived late at night) :)

Pros: Location. Very close to metro station and walking distance to centre. Luca, the owner, is a very kind and welcoming person. He can help you for where to go and what to do in Rome. The room was very ok and it has a balcony.
