Great stay!

Pros: Very modern clean room. Our stay was comfortable, we had everything we needed. Two bathrooms for 4 room, each clean and well stocked including a hair dryer. Kitchen was also clean and stocked with utensils. Although we did not use it, there was a washing machine in the hallway and an iron + board in the wardrobe. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very kind when we talked to them. It is very close to the metro A line, only 10-15 minutes by metro to the centre of the city.

Cons: The kitchen could use a microwave.

Pros: Everything was great, clean room and bathroom, good price. The metro station is a 5 minute walk.

I fondly recommend!

Pros: Lovely, helpful and hospitable staff with cosy and clear rooms. Peaceful place and very close to the metro station.

Fair value of what we paid.

Pros: The property is accessible to public transport, restaurants, bar and clean the room daily. The host is helpful and kind. Thank you Gustavo for allowing us to check in late.

Cons: Airconditioning is not yet available during our stay, good thing electric fan is an option.

Pros: .Friendly staff. We could leave our luggage because we arrived earlier. Clean rooms, daily cleaning. The location of the accommodation is close to the metro station Line A, which can be used to reach almost any attraction in Rome. Relatively not a high price for Rome. Although the bathrooms were shared, they were always clean and there were no lines (two bathrooms for four rooms). There was always HOT water and high water pressure

Cons: Noise insulation. the location of the accommodation near a very noisy road, but the closed door to the balcony practically solved this problem. Sometimes there were noisy neighbors.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja - blisko do stacji metra, sklepów, kawiarni czy lokali gastronomicznych. Super kontakt z właścicielami. Zarówno w pokoju jak i w łazienkach było czysto.

Cons: Gdy ktoś się zachowywał głośniej w pokojach obok to było to słychać

Good experience

Pros: Our stay was very good. Easy to check in, the room was very clean - and the cleaning staff is very friendly and kind. There are facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, coffee machines, AC, we even had a balcony in the room. Very close to the metro, and so a very quick trip to the city centre.

Cons: The toilet seats in the bathrooms were a bit wonky, but one of them was fixed during our stay

Pros: Me gustó que estuviera limpio y amplio la verdad todo muy cómodo, la cocina y el baño son compartidos pero muy cómodo todo y el personal muy amable y atento, tiene acceso al metro fácilmente

Cons: Me cambiaron de habitación, aunque no tengo problema con eso me pareció un poco molesto porque llegué muy cansada ese día pero fuera de eso todo excelente

Pros: Postele i polštáře pohodlné, ubytování čisté, doporučuji si vzít špunty do uší, jednu noc dělali sousedé strašný rámus do půlnoci. Dá se dostat jednoduše na letiště Ciampino. My jsme šli metrem na Cinecitta a pak busem 520 pár minut na letiště.

Cons: Nic, vše bylo skvělé.
