Amazing stay

Pros: Amazing location, we walked to all the great sites. Also located very close to a few areas with great restaurant and bars for the evening! The host was also so so lovely and made our stay even more special!

Cons: It would be good if there were big mugs available. There were tea bags but only espresso cups so I had to deal with a shot of tea😂

Good position for a weekend in Rome

Pros: central position behind Largo Arenula. Located in a flat on the second floor without lift. Room with private bathroom. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Recommended for weekends staff available on the phone for any problem

It was quite sufficient.

Pros: First of all, the staff was very attentive. They immediately answered my questions and were helpful. They mentioned they would assist with an early check-in, though it wasn’t necessary, which was still important. Everything was as it appeared. The place was clean. The room had only an open wardrobe, a TV, a bed, and bedside tables. It’s smaller than it looks in the photos, but I think it was quite adequate. The bathroom was also small but clean and nice. Towels were changed every day, and the room was cleaned. We were satisfied.

Cons: There is no elevator in the building. You need to climb to the 3rd floor with your luggage, but even the staff helped with our bags. We had read about this in the reviews and accepted it knowingly. I didn’t need it, but there is a shared area with a refrigerator, kitchen, and tea and coffee facilities. There was even an iron available for those who needed it. I don’t consider this a negative aspect; I was mostly satisfied.

Pros: We loved the location, it was really central and we walked to most of the attractions. The room was air conditioned and that was really needed since the warn weather. The room was clean and everything was available like hair dryer and clothing iron since we needed it and forgot to bring with us. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Cons: The only down size was that it didn’t have a lift and we had a toddler with us and a stroller.

The location of Piazza Costaguti was perfect for enjoying the momuments and the nights of Trastevere by walking.

Pros: The location was perfect for our needs. We wanted to be close to Trastevere so we could easily go enjoy the atmosphere there for dinners. Piazza Costaguti was quiet and the area was peaceful. The monuments were easily reached with approximately 30 minute walk. Room was clean and cool with airconditioning.

Cons: The noises from other rooms were easily heard.

Clean and comfortable with friendly lovely staff

Pros: The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. They were so pleasant and willing to answer all of our questions about Romes top attractions. The room was exceptionally clean and in a great location. There are snacks and coffee in the kitchen for everyone to share. There were great restaurants within a 3 min walk. We even saw several food tours going by these restaurants and long lines at a bakery that's very famous in Rome. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout which was super helpful so we could explore before our flight home.

Cons: It was much smaller than we expected and we shared the kitchen area and hallway with other people. We thought it was more private and didn't realize there were other people staying there too. There is no elevator and its on the 3rd floor which is difficult when you have luggage and are super tired.

Pros: Fantastic location. Walking distance from all monuments and really nice restaurants.

Cons: The greeting was a little unorganised. The host walked past us and didn’t acknowledge us, even though we were waiting outside the front door with our cases. Apart from that, once greeted, it was pleasant.
