Landlord in Trastevere

Pros: Andrea was extremely nice and helpful. The room was comfortable. The kitchen is abailable 24/7. The area is quiet but close to great restaurants.

Cons: The area is a bit far from the center but still a walking distance. The shower lacked a place to put the soap.

Comfortable stay in convenient location. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Andrea was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. The room was well presented and spotless and the aircon worked magnificently. Comfortable bed and the morning breakfast was so useful to save valuable $$ in Rome. Andrea was even able to accommodate gluten free so I did not miss out. I also found the area/location really convenient. And there’s an elevator!! Which is not always so easy to find in Italy. We would 100% stay again!

Cons: The shower was a little small and pokey and the upstairs neighbours were pretty noisy. Could hear them dragging their chairs on the floor late at night. The app used to open and close the front door and apartment door were a little fiddly to use even for a tech savvy person.

Pros: Great spot close by to lots of great restaurants. Easy to get train or tram from down the end of the street to all of the main attractions in the historic center. Excellent aircon. Most comfy bed we’ve had in Italy and excellent size room and shower. Great breakfast with options for snacks from the communal kitchenette throughout the day was very helpful.

Cons: Fridge didn’t work.

Great value for money location for all you want to do and see in Rome

Pros: Great location, comfortable accommodation. Easy access to cafes/restaurants and public transportation.

Absolutely recommended!

Pros: Position in the heart of beautiful Trastevere, close to plenty of restaurants, cafes, nice alleys. Approx 30 mins walking from Trastevere train station (Uber and busses available) where train from airport stops. Nice room with comfy bed and air con. Andrea is super friendly and made us stay a bit longer on checkout day which was appreciated. Easy check in system with the app!

A cool and trendy stay in the best part of Rome

Pros: It was a wonderful apartment - lovely room and fantastic air conditioning and services - in the best part of Rome . Andrea was a fantastic host and his cappuccinos in the morning were the best .

Perfect place for Rome!

Pros: The space in the room was fantastic. Bathroom was lovely too. Everything was so clean and tidy. Great to have a kitchen open 24hrs to get snacks or a tea/coffee. The host was great and erg helpful when I needed information. Organised taxis for me. For an old building, great there was an elevator for suitcases.

Relax and Unwind

Pros: The whole experience from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, Andrea was so helpful, rooms clean and cosy, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. We had the option of twin share with 2 single beds as travelling friends. It's a home away from home. Kitchen wa s available for use with snacks and breakfast options.

Authentic and vibrant, but quiet stay in the heart of Trastevere

Pros: The property is located in one of the loveliest neighbourhoods in Rome, while still being on a very, very quiet street and in a quiet building. Each room has a theme, and every detail is very thought of. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had all the amenities you may need, and the open kitchen provided basic food at any hour. The room was cleaned everyday by a very lovely lady and the heating worked excellently on a colder night. Andrea, our host, was simply amazing. He recommended us many things to do and even offered me a bottle of delicious wine because he noticed I had a birthday coming up.
