Great weekend break in a comfy environment.

Pros: Central location. Clean and well appointed. Excellent staff , booked us three out of four restaurants which were fantastic. Robes provided if asked . Comfortable bed .

Cons: Despite very good double glazing there was q fair amount of traffic noise

Pros: Location … lovely ambience… air conditioning… Rome was very hot

Pros: Gorgeous property, our deluxe room was perfect - the photos don’t do it justice. Great location, Sara was super helpful and everything was easy and clean. Would definitely return!

Perfect stay! Modern, clean & location

Pros: Location and convenience in a modern suite that has everything you need. We felt at home, and we were able to walk everywhere! Would definitely stay again. The staff was also very helpful and responsive via messages.

Cons: It can be a bit noisy in the morning as it is next to a main street, also it was a bit cold and the heater was not turned on nor were we able to increase the temperature of the room. Also, we would have preferred a thicker duvet in bed.

Stylish and very spacious guest suite in a fantastic location we loved.

Pros: No food is available from the hotel but there is a fridge and area to prepare food in your room if you need snacks or tea/coffee etc. The owner has a list of the best cafes, trattorias, ristorantes, bars etc nearby. The list is fantastic because many of the places are not touristy places but rather fabulous places that locals go to. We had some great experiences and escaped the tour groups because of this.

Cons: We loved staying here and hadn't expected such a stylish and large room. The bathroom was large and our bed was so comfortable. It is not a full service hotel. It is a guest house so you can get more of the living like a roman experience.

Great stay despite the heatwave

Pros: Location and comfy beds. Bathroom is nice too. Sara was amazing in helping us find restaurants and always available on WhatsApp.

Cons: The view to the street was great but that room was a tiny bit loud. And the room that faced the courtyard was quiet but with no view. Didn't bother us though. Otherwise, loved our stay!!!

Pros: Beautiful hotel, Dori was amazing and her little sausage dogs. immaculately finished and high quality finish throughout, bed was so comfortable.

Cons: Small things but should raise as they did exist, the sausage dog Frankie ate our chocolates in both rooms when we checked in 😂 we were awoken on the first morning aby a screaming child that sounded like it was outside our door, the child was next door and the parents slept through the noise at 6.45am which meant we had a rude awakening 😳 no milk in the fridge, but not an issue for me, but was for my father in law.

Great location without the crowds

Pros: Great location. We’ve always stayed by the Spanish steps and this was a great location away from the crowds but between piazza Navona and Campo di fiori. It was still close to great restaurants, Restaurant vecchia Roma was amazing, Al Moro was a disappointment, dori recommended a delicious cabonara restaurant for lunch. The staff were attentive making sure if you needed restaurants booked or any sightseeing suggestions they were contactable. Loved the modern comfortable decor

Cons: A little hard to find the hotel since it’s inside a building with other residences.

Fantastic place

Pros: The suit was amazing, the staff friendly and accommodating. Great place in the heart of Rome. Simply beautiful all around. We lived it!!!
