Pros: The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious, comfortable and attractive.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Perfect location in short walking distance to a lot of sightseeing points, taxi and bus station. A lot of bars close for breakfast, dinner and night cap. Appartment is spaciously, cooling in summer, quiet house. Highly recommended for people travelling for the first time to this beautiful city. Our flight was cancelled late in the evening due to a storm (in July!) and we were lucky to go back to our appartment for another night, thanks to our great host Alberto. Again a big thank you!

Cons: The heart of Roma can be noisy, especially on weekends. That is good to know.

Family weekend in Rome staying in a perfect apartment central to all attractions.

Pros: Absolutely fabulous property in a central Rome location, only 30 mins from CIA Airport in a taxi and only 5 mins walk to Piazza Navona. We were given the door codes for the property in advance which worked well. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is a lift available. There was a key box next to the front door. The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms and all amenities needed for our stay. Fabulous restaurant/cafe called Coromandel located 2 mins walk and served great Brunch also many lovely bars and restaurants located close by with a great atmosphere. Mini Supermarket just down the road too to buy essentials.

A lovely clean and spacious apartment in a great location.

Pros: A large apartment in a perfect location close to the Vatican and the Pantheon. Also, a few minutes walk from Piazza Navona with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The street can be noisy early in the morning as local businesses receive their deliveries. This didn’t bother us but may affect some people.

Great stay in central Rome

Pros: Excellent location. Spacious, secure warm apartment with a good hot shower. Alberto was very helpful, especially when we couldn't find it in the dark (one of the external photos shows a cafe or hotel next door which has now closed down so confused us) We were pleased to find a kettle.

Cons: Need some decent large mugs for tea/coffee - there were only 2 and they were chipped and glasses for wine/water. There was a lot of construction/bin noise in the mornings, but this seems to be the norm in Rome.

Wonderful base from which to visit room. Would recommend/

Pros: Location excellent. Owner met us at check-in, very easy.

Cons: Plenty of space although lacked a separate sitting room but small table outside of kitchen in hall which served us fine.

Great apartment in fantastic location

Pros: The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. Great shower. Everything you needed including extra towels and bedding. Secure door code entry to building and key in coded key box by front door to apartment so super easy self check in. Host Alberto is friendly and text to check all ok. If we had needed anything or if there had been a problem, felt we could easily reach him. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to all of the fabulous sites to see. A few minutes walk from Piazza Navona which on the very charming cobbled streets had lots of very good restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. We would definitely book to stay here again. We were lucky enough to stay over Christmas and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment has a homely feel so we felt very comfortable there. After exploring Rome all day it was relaxing to come back to. Thank you Alberto!

ok stay. Location was central .

Pros: Host was good. He came over when we struggled to get into the apartment. We have not been to Rome before.

Cons: Centralised heating. It stopped around midnight and didn’t start until noon again. Felt very cold . Did not have a dryer , only the washing machine. Nothing dried in the cold.

Perfect 2-bedroom apartment for a few nights in the piazza Navona area

Pros: Excellent location in the piazza Navona area with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. There are 2 separate bedrooms with double beds (harder style mattresses) and easy self checkin. A small kitchen with kettle, coffee pod machine, toaster & microwave. Bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. Would recommend

Cons: For a longer stay it might not suit all travellers as there is no “living area” or central dining space (a larger dining table is located in one of the bedrooms)

Central apartment perfect for sightseeing

Pros: The property is centrally located in the heart of the old town. There are restaurants, supermarkets and a range of different sites within strolling distance. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms, although the dining room sits within one of these bedrooms if you wish to sit together for a meal. Wifi is good and access easy and host responsive.
