Fantastic!

Pros: Apartment was great. Two bathrooms and two airconditionings in separate rooms. Large bedroom and living room with everything you need. Location was perfect, right in de centre so ofcourse there was a bit of noise but so quiet we slept great. We also got a lovely personal note :)

Cons: The stairways to go up can be a bit difficult with a suitcase and one of the stairways in the apartment was really narrow.

We would stay there again

Pros: We needed a place near fco for the night, location is about 1.5 miles from fco. Management provided a the number of a nice van service from fco to the unit. Unit was larger than expected with a fantastic wrap around balcony. Nice area, walking distance to the beach. Variety of places to get something to eat. Had we known, we would have arrived earlier and enjoyed food and drink on the balcony.

Pros: La posizione spettacolare. A due passi da Piazza Navona e dai localini alle sue spalle, ma nello stesso tempo location un po' defilata, quindi silenziosa. Loft nuovo, ben curato nei dettagli. Il responsabile solerte nel rispondere ai messaggi, fornisce ottimi consigli.

Consigliato, piccoli difetti ma niente di grave

Pros: Posizione eccellente, struttura pulita, arredamento moderno e originale.

Cons: Purtroppo all’arrivo l’aria condizionata era spenta e considerando il nostro arrivo dopo mezzanotte una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo poteva essere una gradita idea. I bagni in entrambe le stanze sono posizionati al piano superiore con scale ripide e strette, da tenerne conto se si hanno difficoltà motorie; la doccia è presente solo in uno dei 2 bagni, al momento del soggiorno nel bagno sopra la camera da letto l’asse del water era rotto.

Lovely apartment in the center of Rome

Pros: A fantastic, newly renovated apartment with good attention to detail for a comfortable stay. There is one bedroom and one living room with sofa bed. Two bathrooms on either side (one with shower and toilet, bedroom with just toilet). The kitchen has lots of cooking equipment and supplies. The apartment is nicely decorated. Would stay here again.

Cons: Due to the central location it can get loud at night from bars/clubs nearby. Just be sure to bring earplugs!

Excelente , volvería a ese lugar sin pensarlo.

Pros: La propiedad es tal como se ve en las fotos, está perfectamente decorado , cómodo , limpio , nuevo y en una excelente ubicación. Cerca de todo , tranquilo. Tiene una habitación con cama doble y el sillón azul de la foto se hace cama doble, dos baños en planta alta. Es precioso!!!
