We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pros: We stayed for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Francesca was an amazing host, very kind and welcoming. The location is excellent, only a 15–20 minute walk to the city center and the main attractions, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day during our stay, which we really appreciated. Everything was well organized and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great stay

Pros: Lovely hosts: Francesca and Walter are always available, full of recommendations and keen to help with a welcoming attitude. The room was essential but provided with all the amenities described in the listing. It was clean and serviced every day. Check-in was easy: the hosts promptly reached out with instructions.

Cons: We didn't have concerns. The room was above standards within the paid price range.

Pros: We stayed at Penelope Holiday for 4 nights. Francesca and her husband were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They gave us excellent recommendations for nearby places to eat and drink, as well as useful amenities like supermarkets. We ate at each one of their recommendations over the course of the trip and each one was very good. They also gave us advice on which parts of the city to avoid at night, which was very considerate. They received us very warmly and the check-in/out times were flexible. They were continually available throughout our stay and very communicative. The room was immaculate, and cleaned daily. The hotel is in an excellent location, within a 20 minutes walk of the station, 40 minutes to the colosseum/forum and less than an hour to the Vatican, with good public transport links also available. We would certainly stay here again.

Pros: Central Location near several restaurants/ shops, bus and metro station Super clean/neat, very quiet although in central location, affordable also very friendly and helpful property owners!

Amazing place, couldn’t recommend enough!

Pros: Loved everything! Great location, comfy beds and every thing you need. Francesca and her husband (we forgot his name) were very welcoming, letting us know places to eat and how to get to attractions. Even asked about our day if we saw them when we got back and also gave us tips about going places and looking around. 10/10 amazing

Pros: The property is at a very good location, near restaurants, bus stops, and establishments. The room given to us is clean, cozy and quiet, plus it has a BIDET!!!🤩🥳

Cons: The lift is very small(I'm claustrophobic)
