Friendly staff and good location.

Pros: Walking distance to most of the main sites. Mario the owner had sent on details for all options for transport from airport in advance which was a great help. He was also very friendly and helpful during our stay. Area felt very safe. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was selection teas ciffees and juices with croissants and patries.

Cons: Nothing that we didn't like.

Mario was a lovely host and made sure we got everything we needed, the beds were really comfy and we had all necessities

Pros: The room provides all necessary basics needed, the beds are really comfy too

Cons: We were woken up quite a bit due to our room being near the breakfast area and other people talking in their rooms, the walls are quite thin

Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of — you can really feel that the place is run with love and attention to detail. The room was cozy and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. A special thank you to the owner, Mario. He is an incredibly kind, friendly, and caring host who truly makes a difference. Always helpful, attentive, and genuinely interested in his guests’ comfort. Thanks to him, the stay felt more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and sincere hospitality. Thank you, Mario, for a wonderful stay — I would happily come back again!

Pros: Room was perfectly clean and very comfortabke in a lovely old building full of character. Bed was also very comfortable. Apartment was well located for walking to the major sites and also convenient to metro stop ans train station. Room was quiet at nighttime wirh a few good restaurants nearby... Have to especially mention Cantina Cantarini. Our host Mario was really friendly, halpful and welcoming and very well organised. We would definitely recommend this accommodation if staying in Rome.

Fantastic stay

Pros: Fantastic stay! The location was absolutely superb and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Mario is an exceptionally nice and friendly host. He was incredibly accommodating, especially when our flight was severely delayed and we didn't arrive until the early morning. Highly recommend!
