Nice apartment in a very good location.

Pros: Apartment is 10 minute from the historic center and Termini station. Very well furnished with functional and comfortable furniture. The staff was very friendly. I liked that the building has luggage storage boxes. I am very satisfied and I recommend it to anyone who has come to explore Rome.

Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Pros: Location is great, very clean, clean and great quality bedding

Pros: Spacioius, very well maintained modern but understated room with excellent shower and bathroom in a large but very quiet building right in the heart of the city.

Cons: The lift is the old-style variety which is great but people need to remember to close the outer door otherwise it will be blocked ... and it's a big building.

Pros: The rooms are in an excellent location, so you can walk from Termini even with bags. Elisabetta was an excellent host, and the room was clean with all facilities. The room was quiet at night.

Cons: It is small, so we felt a bit claustrophobic, but then this is Rome, and the rooms were reasonably priced!! There was 24 hour security listed, however there was no security until the actual door to the room (an outer door had the key in it, with a sign asking not to remove the key)

Pros: The room was clean and fresh, with comfortable beds. Localization is great, within the city center, with a metro station, mini-market, and nice cafes nearby. A set of 3 towels for every guest. Good communication with host via Booking chat. Luggage storage provided. Effective A/C, cooling the room in just few minutes.

Cons: The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom and the shower. Poor WiFi connection. Minor issues - from the 2nd day of our stay, room cards stopped opening the main door to the apartment (but there is also an option to open that door by keypad). Fridge in the room seemed not to work. It would be a nice gesture if luggage storage was free for guests.

A nice room in a very good location and very good value

Pros: Elisabetta gave us timely, accurate instructions and was always available to answer any questions. The room was was in a very good location and had everything we needed; good bed and a very good bathroom with a powerful shower and a hairdryer

Cons: The list was very small and the room was on the 4th floor so may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues but, otherwise, it wasn't a problem.

Pros: The location was great and the rooms and the shared area were clean and modern, appealing, and above expectations (most probably due to the fact newly renovated). Also, the owners were very helpful and understanding.

Cons: None of the advertised amenities were missing but were very minimal compared to the other places I've stayed. Also, this is not something the owners of the apartment cannot control, but building+lift was very old and at first, we were a bit hesitant to stay until we saw inside of the newly renovated part.

I would happily book it again.

Cons: The wifi connection wasn’t really good- it would be useful to improve it.
