Excellent guesthouse in the centre of Rome!

Pros: Very comfortable room and bed! Clean, simple and with good taste. Location is great, close to centre and metro, but very quiet. Very easy check in and check out. Value for money! Recommended!

Cons: The devil is in the details! The shower head was working well, but fixed with scotch tape... these are easy and cheap fixes that could be taken care of as they happen. Electric kettle and cups are provided... period! It would not be too expensive to include few tea bags. It would not take a lot of effort to elevate the experience to a BnB level. But again... these are details for an otherwise excellent stay!

Pros: Great location, about 6 min from the metro station. Very quiet even though it was a front window. There was one person to greet us on our way in the first night, and we never saw anyone else the whole time we were in Rome. Veey clean, very confortable beds, and close (about 10min) from very nice places do eat and to get ice cream. Would definatelly return to the same hotel!

Cons: The lack of reception desk or anyone to talk to was a little odd but we got used to. The fridge could be colder. And the shower is a little small but ok.

Cons: One thing: the shower head was broken. Didn’t bother me because I didn’t wash my hair but would be annoying for those who would.

Pros: Quiet street in a central location. Very good air conditioning. Friendly receptionists and it wasn't a problem that I arrived at midnight.

Cons: The shower door was broken and leaking and could do with a scrub but overall it was very good.

Pros: Small and cozy ! AC worked very well Great location

Cons: Shower was slightly broken in that the tightening part to move shower head up and down was missing, so we had to hold the shower head with on hand. (Not too big of a deal just frustrating at times)

Great appartment near a main metro line in Rome

Pros: The appartment was very clean and newly renovated. We were welcomed by a staff member outside the normal hours, which was a huge bonus, since our plane was delayed (22:00 instead of 20:00). The location is really great (near a metro station).

Cons: The airconditioning, situated just next our room window was very noisy.
