Le Petit Bijou

Le Petit Bijou was remodeled and re-established under new ownership in 2022. We are a boutique hotel/apartment in an excellent location. All rooms, bathrooms and the common area have been modernized and updated to ensure a comfortable stay. We offer a secure entrance into the apartment and then each room has its own locking door to the individual rooms. Every room comes with a private bath, comfortable bed, daily cleaning, and a comfortable space to call home while visiting Rome. There is a shared area where you will find coffee, tea, water, biscuits and a microwave. There is always someone available to answer questions by Whats App or phone. Located off of Via Veneto, we are approximately a 5 to 10 minute walk to Piazza Barbarini, 15 minutes to Trevi Fountain or the Spanish Steps. An excellent location to explore and fall in love with Rome. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a beautiful area to explore is just out the door. Enjoy Rome and have a comfortable place to rest.

Modern, tiny room with walking distance from mist see attractions

Pros: Modern, tidy apartment with smooth check in process and helpful, responsive staff. We had water, snacks and coffee in the room, premium shampoo and body wash. It is a nice walking distance from almost all of the must sees and the main train station. If you are not a walker then public transport is also an option.

Cons: Walls are thin and windows are not soundproofed. It can be a bit noisy if you have louder neighbours.

Pros: Very nice rooms in a secure building. Communication all by WhatsApp but always got a pretty instant response and very helpful. Area felt safe.

If you're looking for a convenient space as a base point then this place is great.

Pros: The room was clean and tidy. Location was walkable to places like the Trevi Fountain or we used electric scooters to get around. The room had all the facilities we needed, great shower and property owner was helpful with helping us out with an ironing board and iron and allowing us to leave our luggage at reception when we got there early. Great that there was a fridge.

Cons: Room was small but didn't really affect us as we weren't in it much. Not a lot of storage for clothes but again this would be due to size of the room. Paid extra for a balcony but never used it so probably wouldn't bother doing that again - again this was probably down to how much time we spent in the room. This room was perfect as a base point and just what we needed but we probably would have struggled if we had wanted to spent more time there.

Everything you need for a short city break in Rome. Clean, comfy, good location.

Pros: Good location, out of the crazy busy tourist areas but still only a short walk to the main station, good restaurants and some of the iconic things in Rome

Cons: A small table with 2 chairs on the balcony would have been a nice addition :)

A lovely peaceful stay in Rome

Pros: The location provided a quiet break from the busy centre of Rome (about 15 min walk to the Trevi fountain). The cleaning staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags in the room and access them early for a quick freshen up. The space felt very secure and although the bathroom was cramped, we were very comfortable. The small kitchenette for communal use was a nice touch although we did not use it during our stay
