Perfect place to stay

Pros: Perfect location near the important highlights. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The host Fabrizio was very helpful and responded to our questions very quickly. Thank you! 😊

Everything was excellent

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay in a clean, spacious apartment with new furniture, well-equipped kitchen. We received very detailed and clear check-in/check-out instructions and guidance from Fabrizio to find the sights we wanted to visit more easily. The location of the apartment is very good, on a street with shops and even a well-stocked supermarket and a restaurant for breakfast, vis-a-vis. At the end of the street is the Campo dei Fiori square where there are many places to eat. Many places to visit are accessible by foot, even the Vatican is a 30-minute walk. Thank you Fabrizio! If we come back, as a group, we will definitely stay here again and until then we highly recommend your apartment!

Nagyszerű szállás, jó áron, fantasztikus helyen.

Pros: A szállás nagyszerű helyen van. Az összes látványosság gyalogosan maximum 20 percen belül elérhető. A közelben éttermek, bárok, közértek,gyógyszertár találhatók. A tetőteraszról kilátás nyílik a közeli bazilika tornyára, emellett nagyon hangulatos esti vacsorákhoz és beszélgetéshez. A konyha szépen felújított és jól felszerelt. Az ágyak extra kényelmesek és tiszták.

Cons: A padló koszos volt amikor megérkeztünk. A fürdőszobák lupusztultak és néhol koszosak .Emellett a hirdetésben 4 fürdőszoba szerepel , de valójában csak 3,5 van. Némelyik ablak nehezen nyílik és nagyon koszos. Az erkélyek és a teraszok tele vannak galamb ürülékkel. A tetőteraszon az öntözőrendszer miatt annyi szűnyog van mint égen a csillag és nem is csípnek hanem egyenesen harapnak. A klímák zajosak. De ezek ne vegyék el senki kedvét ,csak azért írtam le, hogy mit várhatsz ha ide mész. Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat és újra ez a szállást választanám ha ennyien mennénk.

Appartamento ampio e centrale

Pros: Appartamento centrale e molto ampio, ogni coppia aveva la sua stanza privata con il proprio bagno, appartamento pulito e check in veloce e pratico. A pochi minuti a piedi raggiungi buona parte delle attrazioni turistiche principali.

Cons: L’ingresso del palazzo è un po’ vecchiotto, ma l’appartamento ne vale la pena.

The great location. It's in the middle of everything. Walking distance to all the historic sites

Pros: Simone was extremely helpful when I had trouble unlocking the door to the building. He also repaired a problem we had in the bathroom immediately.

Cons: Property is equipped with six separate air conditioners. It was extremely hot while we were there but if we turned on the all six air conditioners simultaneously the fuse would blow. It's easy to reset the breaker . The fuse for the property can only handle five air conditioners at a time. And that's really not too bad but it's worth mentioning

Pros: Fantastic location, lots of space, and air conditioning works wonderfully. Beds are firm but comfortable, as are the pillows. Staff are responsive to needs.

Cons: A family of seagulls lives near the terrace and are loud at night. The clothes washing machine didn’t work during our stay. It’s a lovely old building, but for the cost of the rental, the walls/bathrooms could use some updating.
