Fantastic apartment the owners had thought of everything.
Pros: The location was amazing, walking distance to many sites and great places to eat. The apartment had everything you need and more for a comfortable stay.
Cons: There was some construction going on above. However this started after we were up and ready for our day.

We had a great time here. It was a memorable stay.
Pros: The location is perfect and the apartment has everything you need for a short stay.
Cons: There is no hand rail on the stairs and I felt insecure going down. May not be ideal for older people. The shower is also quite small.

Perfect
Pros: Perfect location. Great apartment. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything to make breakfast and cook. Including herbs, spices and coffee. A bottle of wine and some water bottles. Really nice😊 staff very helpful and friendly.

Clean, cute and quiet apartment in great localization
Pros: Great localization: we could walk to all interesting sites and if you need there are also tram and bus stops very close. Btw, if you come from Fiumicino Airport take a regional train to Trastevere Station and then tram no. 8 to Arenula/Cairoli - its faster than going to Termini. For breakfast you can choose from plenty nice cafes just in front of the door. The apartment is clean, new, comfortable and well equipped. It's perfectly quiet, and the bed is comfortable. We stayed in January and did appreciate the heating working very well. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: We stayed for 3 nights, so for us everything was great. For longer stay maybe some more shelves for clothes would be nice. Shower is not very big (it seems common in Rome), but for us it was not a problem.

Cute apartment and great location
Pros: The apartment was perfect for our needs, we absolutely loved it! And it was an added bonus to have a bottle of wine waiting for us, as well as coffee, sugar and some bottled water. We rarely get that from places we stay at. The location was also perfect. We would absolutely stay here again if the place should be available.
Cons: There was construction happening above us that would start at 6:30am, every morning of our 4 night stay, including on Jan 6th (Bafana holiday). Drilling and hammering first thing before you even wake up is as awful as you can imagine. This is not the hosts fault, though, so I don't hold it against them. Maybe just not rent the place in Jan 2026?

Pros: Konum olarak iyi bir noktada birçok yere 10 dk yürüme ile ulaşılabiliyor. Daire gayet temizdi. Şarap ikramı çok iyi geldi. Banyo malzemeleri set olarak veriliyor hiçbir şeye ihtiyaç olmuyor. Dekorasyonuna bayıldım. Balkon manzarası yok ama sigara içmek için gayet ideal. İletişim de hiçbir problem yaşamadım ev sahibi hemen dönüş yapıyor. Mutfak malzemelerin kaliteli ve gayet yeterli idi.
Cons: Daire içinde üst kata çıkan merdivenler valiz taşırken biraz sıkıntı yarattı ama hergünde valiz taşımadığımız için bence çok problem olmadı.

Cons: No hay nada en concreto, quizá el echo de que tenga tantas escaleras al ir con bebé no es práctico.

Un buon soggiorno tutto sommato, potrei anche tornarci se torno a Roma!
Pros: QUESTA STRUTTURA SI TROVA IN UNA POSIZIONE DAVVERO OTTIMA PER RAGGIUNGERE MOLTE DELLE MIGLIORI ATTRAZIONI DI ROMA. L'abbiamo trovata molto silenziosa(gabbiani a parte, che ci hanno fatto capire il motivo di avere tappi per le orecchie tra le dotazioni, ma a noi non hanno dato fastidio!),pulita e abbastanza confortevole. Carina l'idea della bottiglia di vino come accoglienza. Dotazioni buone sia per il bagno che per la cucina. Discreta la connessione.
Cons: Purtroppo il bagno è piccolissimo, soprattutto la doccia, così come il letto, del resto la camera è anch'essa piccola. Manca l'armadio per forza di cose e lo spazio riservato alle cose personali in camera è scarso. Il piccolo terrazzino non è tenuto benissimo, si potrebbe rendere più accogliente. La televisione non ha l'antenna, quindi niente canali tv, solo piattaforme principali.
