Excellent experience

Pros: An excellent hospitality experience! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was highly professional and welcoming, the breakfast was served generously, and overall the food was excellent. The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean, and the room was very spacious. All of this is complemented by a central location, within walking distance of everything. Highly recommended, and we definitely plan to return.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Rome with exceptional service

Pros: Exceptional service from the moment we booked. We received regular correspondence in the lead up to our stay, including recommendations and offers to assist with bookings for tours, transport and restaurants. The service was equally excellent when we arrived, especially from Anastasiya, who was there when we arrived and checked in on us regularly throughout our stay and provided recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and centrally located. The included breakfast was lovely with and ala carte menu and also small buffet available. A 10/10 experience.

Cons: The rooftop bar was lovely although the price of drinks was a bit steep.

An oasis of comfort, quality and care.

Pros: The front of house staff were brilliant. Their care and attention from start to finish was spot on. The Easter Sunday lunch was delicious and the breakfasts are fantastic.

I would come to Rome again, just to stay and have a relaxing break in this beautiful Hotel.

Pros: Great location. It only has 29 rooms, so lovely and personal, not too big . Incredible staff, all so helpful. If you wish you can have a pre- holiday call, which l did with Silvia, who was very interested in making your stay special. Also Silvia sent through information on tours, restaurants and then made bookings accordingly. Also arranged airport transfers, which were spot on time. The staff made this holiday special for us. One of the waiters Alex was also amazingly helpful. I have never experienced anything like it, from any other hotel. They were all so courteous, polite, kind and welcoming. Our room was lovely, with added touches, flowers, Prosecco, small cakes, berry fruits, tea, coffee-perfecto ! Breakfast was delicious as were our meals in the evenings, where you can sit outside on the terrace. Also a lovely roof top bar, with lovely treats to go with your drinks. I was sad to leave.

A perfect accommodation experience

Pros: The location of the hotel was very central. comfortable and clean hotel. Breakfast presentations were very successful and delicious. All hotel staff provided excellent flow and support. I would like to thank the hotel manager and Mrs. Nilüfer for the comfort of this beautiful experience. The hotel employees were really sincere and loving their work. I congratulate the management and hope to see you again.
