Excellent stay is this hotel in Rome.

Pros: Fantastic location right in the heart of Rome. Room was a good size with a big comfy bed. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Cons: No bar Optional daily tip was added to initial bill. It was taken off the bill on request. We felt the additional cost was not necessary given the cost of the room and city tax.

Pleasant stay.

Pros: Although located in a rather dark street, the hotel is in the middle of Rome & within walking distance to all the attractions. Lots of eating places around. Room is clean, coffee is available in the morning, staff is friendly & helpful, shower is nice & there’s a lift.

Cons: My friend found the bed & pillows a bit uncomfortable, but after doing so much walking managed to sleep ok. The plug on the sink was stuck one day & there’s something wrong with the cistern as we can hear the water running to the toilet. Both were reported but only the plug was fixed. They added €10/day for tip on to the daily city tax, but when questioned, said it can be taken off if you don’t want to tip. So, make sure you check your bill at the end of your stay.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Mancini 12,

Pros: Hotel location was wonderful, close to everything and plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were really friendly and most helpful and considerate, Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: It was very clean, very quiet and the receptionists were nice.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like is that we payed much more for a 4 stars hotel but it felt like a 3 stars hotel. It's a small hotel with a small lobby
