Kindness and cleanliness

Pros: The people who welcomed me were very kind and generous, they instantly offered me a hot cup of tea since I had a cough and it was very cold outside. They explained me all the details for entering the room, which was very clean, warm and comfortable. Hope to come back!

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is brilliant with 5 minutes to the trevi fountain and 8 to the Spanish steps. The room was bigger than I expected with nice decor and comfortable

Cons: The walls are very thin so it can get quite noisy. Elevator seemed a little too adventurous

Super place to stay that is not too expensive.

Pros: Excellent location in the centre of Rome, with super helpful staff, who help guiding you round with the sights to see, restaurant options and advice. The lift was not working when we arrived but they helped us upstairs with our cases and looked after them for the day when we checked out. So nice of them, so thoughtful.

Pros: Nice hotel, very close to Fontana di Trevi, walking distance to everything. Nice hotel, clean, nice staff, I liked that I could leave my luggage in the last day. Very easy self check-in. I will return.

A real find in Rome!

Pros: Fantastic location. The room was spacious and had fridge, water, drinks and toiletries available. The staff were really helpful and willing to offer assistance with anything we wanted. It is worth noting that the shutters kept out light and noise exceptionally well - we had a great night's sleep.

Cons: Three flights up - the lift was extremely narrow and might be difficult for some....a really minor issue though

Great location and staff

Pros: The cleanliness was impeccable. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The staff was great, especially Bhavaya, who was very supportive. The only downside was the noise from the other rooms; it felt like everyone was right there with you, and the sounds were very close.
