An exceptional find!

Pros: The staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel was very clean, the room was small but had everything in it that was needed, we weren't in the room for long each day, the bed was a good size, Queen I think and comfortable. The hotel surroundings were very pleasant. The breakfast was very good and everything generally was very pleasant, the hotel is in a great location too, near many of the main sites.

Cons: If I had to pick something, a little bigger bedroom, no big deal, the bathroom was very modern very clean the shower was walk-in the floor flooded slightly the first morning we were there but reported it to reception.

Pros: Nice clean hotel and staff were friendly. Breakfast could have been better. Not much choice. Was on a high steep cobbled street. At the end of the day it felt uncomfortable to walk up.

Cons: Breakfast choices were not good. Taxi booking to airport at the reception desk is expensive. Better to uber your transport

Pros: We would like to thank the hotel staff and the manager for their very kind and helpful approach. We originally had a standard room booked, but there was an unpleasant smell (probably from the sewage system due to rain in the previous days). The staff resolved the issue immediately by moving us to another room, and for the following nights they even offered us a superior room with a terrace and a beautiful view of Rome. The hotel has an excellent location – all the main sights are within walking distance, which is a great advantage. We rate our stay very positively.
