Brandnew luxury house near metro station

very pleasant stay in rome, i recommend this appartment!

Pros: superclean, very good bathroom, airconditioning. metro and bus is within 5 min walking, shops and restaurants all around. street is quit, there is even a small elevator. all the info you need is on the board, 2 sets of keys, washing machine . what else do you need? perfect appartment for a trip to rome, if i go again it would be here.

Spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment near city centre

Pros: Spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment near city centre. Apartment has everything you need so you can feel like at home. Nearest metro station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment, supermarket is right next to the entrance and restaurant right across the street. Very safe and nice neighbourhood. Owner Alessandro picked us up from the airport and provided us with a written guide aswell as gave us tips and told us about history of city attractions during the drive. If you are planning your stay in Rome, I absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Perfect owner and apartment

Pros: The owner was very accommodating, reliable and nice. You get lots of information and tips. The equipment is very good and the room very clean. We will definitely book here again in Rome.

Pros: The property was exceptionally clean! The beds were like in a five star hotel, extremely comfortable and covered with high quality bedding. The location was super - 3 minutes away from metro station and 5 minutes from Via Appia Antica park. There were nine restaurants and cafes in just a couple steps away. Our host Alessandro is so welcoming, kind and well mannered! He wrote us couple times a day to ask how are we and did we need something. He took us from the airport and drove us back at the end of our trip. Thank you Alessandro!

Pros: usually when i write a rewiew for a good place i write that everything was as described, here i had like to say that everything was way more than described. great place, great location, great facilities. .the owner let us check in early with a smile and generally with amazing attitude i'm beyond satisfied

Pros: For it was pleaser that all process of check-in/check-out was remote I was very pleased with the location: a quiet, calm area and two minutes away from the metro, which will take you to any attraction (even straight to the Vatican) and it was convenient that there were several rooms

Cons: There wasn’t iron in the room (but we didn’t ask the owners) and there was a problem with the European sockets (there weren’t enough)

Pros: Door een samenloop van omstandigheden moesten we last minute een ander appartement vinden dan we eerder geboekt hadden. Dit appartement was gelukkig nog beschikbaar. Vooraf uitgebreid informatie van de verhuurder gekregen. Op de dag van aankomst prima contact via WhatsApp om de precieze aankomst af te stemmen. Een enthousiast welkom en een smakelijk fles wijn bij aankomst. Appartement zag er netje uit en de eigenaar had alvast 2 Flessen water koud gezet. Wanneer de ramen gesloten zijn heb je nagenoeg geen geluid van straat, zelfs niet van het (eenvoudige) restaurant er direct tegenover. Ook gedurende het verblijf is de verhuurder zeer bereid om te helpen met het verblijf en eventuele activiteiten in Rome. De metro is goed te lopen, een bushalte is dicht bij en een supermarket (DEM) is goed voorzien.

Cons: Het gebouw zelf kan op momenten wat gehorig zijn, en de lift is vrij krap, maar als je van plan bent om de vele trappen in Rome te beklimmen, dan zijn die paar trappen naar de 2e verdieping toch ook geen probleem.
