Spacious and comfortable flat just a short walk from the metro station.

Pros: the property is only a short walk from the station. Shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The flat is very clean and comfortable, very quiet too. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and helpful. I definitely recommend this property.

Pros: The general condition of the flat is great. The location is good (15mins tube from center). Quiet, nice and clean place.

Cons: Not a negative, but room for improvement: general array of spices would be good to have in a flat with a fully equipped kitchen.

Pros: Everything was perfect, apartament was very clean and nice, contact with the owner was easy, metro station is really close. I fully recommend it!

Pros: Everything was for a 10+ rating. Mrs. Stefania was a very good host and always at our service. The apartment is designed in Italian style, very comfortable and in a good location near the metro. We will use some ideas for our apartment, we liked it so much.

Pros: Stefania is such a kind and wonderful host. She met our needs, was flexible and so so helpful with everything. We had a little problem with the AC and she offered to come right away and was so kind to find us a little shop that sold water and other goods late that night (it was the first night of our stay). The location couldn't be better. There's cafés, restaurants and shops all around the apartment. The metro station is a 5 minute walk away. We felt really safe, since there are several locked doors to come from the outside into the building and apartment itself. And we were surprised by how clean the apartment was. Shiny bathroom and snow white ironed bed sheets. Definitely would recommend. As a passionate traveler I can say that it exceeded our expectations! Thank you dear Stefania, we will come back when visiting Rome in the future! :)

Pros: The apartments have everything you need for life. And most importantly - air conditioning, which is so necessary in the summer. The apartment is located near the subway, which is very convenient for getting around the city. There is a very large supermarket nearby with very tasty pastries, lots of cheeses and seafood. The owners are very friendly and were always in touch with us during our stay. If you come to Rome, I would recommend staying in this particular apartment

Pros: Great place. Quite spacious; I’d say it’d be enough for 3-4 ppl. Everything is nice and very well-maintained. Spotless. Great location. 2-minute walk to the metro station (Colli Albani), and some nice bakeries nearby. We had breakfast at a place called Fatti di Farina Appia 3 days in a row. And even greater host! We arrived a bit late, but the host was so nice and patient. She waited for us and provided detailed instructions. Totally made our day. Highly recommend!!!

Pros: Casa spaziosa e ben attrezzata, luminosa e pulita, in ottima posizione; staff puntuale, preciso e veloce nel rispondere alle richieste

Pros: Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, top sauber. Perfekt für zwei. In fünf Minuten beim Busbahnhof und U Bahn. In der Umgebung ist alles was man braucht. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Obsthändler usw. Relativ ruhige Gegend, vorallem nachts kaum Verkehr

Cons: Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört einfach alles. Nachbarn reden, jeden Schritt von oben und den Aufzug. Die Matratze war uns zu hart
