Local atmosphere restaurants and shops

Pros: Very nice appartment. Clean, modern and well equipped. No noise in the street after the restaurant had closed. No complaints at all, well maybe a towel to dry the handdish with.

Cons: Digital open of the building door did not work. Noone there to help. Calling. After half an hour one person who lived there let us in. The appartment door could we open digitally. There was a key on the table to the building door but that one did not work. We called and they sent Arianna to make a new key. We could not leave the house for several hours because then we could not get in. We had to take photos of our passports an mail them, not easy. Too much digital check in. Not everybody is an IT-expert. We prefer people on place to solve problems.

Pros: Everything inside apartment is modern & new, the bed is comfortable, 3 towels per person. we found salt, sugar, Pepper inside. Lots of shops and bars around which work till late night. The subway is about 5-7min walk.

Cons: The washing machine worked too loud during spin mode. But the owner came twice to fix this problem & left a small present for this inconvenience. The air condition worked a little loud. We quickly got used to it. It was not convenient to dry cloth. We would like to have a small balcony , but we understand that apartment with balcony would cost more.

Todo perfecto, repetiremos

Pros: El alojamiento es perfecto, limpio, acogedor y todo muy cuidado, se nota que lo llevan con cariño. La ubicación es muy buena, aunque está algo alejado del centro la linia de metro A está a unos 5 min caminando así que muy bien ubicado en un barrio tranquilo.

Cons: No es que no nos gustará pero a modo de mejora, mejoraría la ducha, es pequeña y dificil de moverse en ella.

clean, nice, good support, fair value

Pros: Comfortable bed, location close to the subway, various supermarkets and restaurants nearby, easy check-in process and friendly support per WhatsApp, clear instructions, living room equipped with everything necessary.

Cons: Low sound protection, we could hear neighbors at the same floor and above in the evening, they were noisy and with kids, but luckily late at night they were quiet. The apartment is a bit dark and when we arrived was a bit cold, but it's a matter of taste/ perception.

Cómodo y bien comunicado

Pros: Un apartamento acogedor y con todas las comodidades para un viaje como el nuestro. A pesar de estar un poco lejos del centro tiene una comunicación excelente por metro y bus. Las anfitrionas estuvieron siempre pendientes de nuestra llegada, muy comunicativas, amables y atentas

Consigliatissimo

Pros: Appartamento molto carino e curato. Dotato di tutti gli accessori e servizi per un soggiorno comodo e no-stress. Piacevolmente sorpreso dal tocco tecnologico nella gestione del check-in e degli accessi in generale (confesso che qualche dubbio in fase di prenotazione me lo sono posto), ho trovato un ambiente pulito, pratico, tranquillo, discreto e per niente rumoroso, posizionato a 300 mt dalla fermata della metro A con numerosi negozi e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze dell'appartamento. Veramente consigliato e raccomandato per chi vuole godersi Roma senza stress e patemi d'animo. Piccola chicca: durante il nostro soggiorno ho sempre trovato parcheggio davanti al portone di casa (e per Roma non è una cosa scontata)

Cons: Se proprio devo trovare un difetto segnalo le coperture dei condizionatori leggermente rumorose la notte, ma niente di che.
