Pros: Довольно спокойный район, в квартире всё необходимое есть, с водой, светом проблем нет, два кондиционера, режим зима-лето, в номере есть электрич.чайник, стиральная машина, полотенца, сушилка и вроде с посудой тоже норм, мы правда ничего не готовили. В подъезде тихо, соседей не слышно.

Cons: В комнате есть какой-то не очень приятный запах, чувствуется когда заходишь. Когда долго находишься, его уже не слышно, но он есть
