Pros: Great location: 3 minutes to metro station and 15 minutes by metro to the city centre. 20 minutes walk to Tuscolana train station with direct connection to Fiumicino airport. A lot of supermarkets around. Apartment in a quiet location, fully equipped with anything you need, very clean. Wonderful host! Carlotta - you're beautiful, grazie mille!
Cons: We were unlucky with the weather in January, rainy or quite cold. There is no heating in apartment, just separately controlled air conditioning in every room. To keep the temperature comfortable, you need to use it a lot. But it should be OK during the warmer season.

Good place if you're not planning to cook
Pros: Close to metro station Colli Albani and bus to Colloseo Two balconies Very Clean Big apartment (2 rooms + kitchen + bathroom) Hypermarket really close (5 min walk) Nice neighborhood compared to other areas
Cons: Main: No proper knives in the kitchen, only two long knives that you can only use to cut bread not other things (only my finger) and there was no wooden cutboard, just a simple thin plastic one. We booked the apartment over a hotel room so we can cook (as we really enjoy this) and these missing items made it more difficult. I asked for other knives but did not receive any. Other: Smaĺl shower cabin for tall people, but ok for us. The balcony and windows were not closing properly and it made quite cold inside during the night. Noisy as well because of this. Heating is just through AC

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The location and feel of the apartment was great.
Pros: The apartment had nice decor, was very clean and comfortable. It was a 10 mins walk to the subway station. The owner was very responsive and was quick to respond to questions. In fact, when we had issues with the external shutters she was very quick to send someone to help us.
Cons: The bed in the main bedroom room was very creaky. Shutters outside the windows were difficult to move up and down.

Cozy excellent appartment
Pros: Cozy, spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment at a very good price. Nice snacks for breakfast and very good coffee. Convenient location, close to the metro station (line A). Our host was extremely responsive and attentive. Thank you, Carlotta!

Pros: The location is very much central to the city. The subway station is around 500 meters away from the place. The bus stop is just stone away from the apartment. We love the aesthetic vibes of the place plus the balcony ✨️ Carlotta was very accommodating and she waited for us although we were late for our check in. She exceeded our expectations. She was also on time during the check out. Check in and check out were smooth. We can recommend the place specially for family or group of friends. Enough space for everyone.
Cons: It was difficult to get a parking but I think it's not a surprise.

Pros: Erg goede accommodatie. Ligt dicht bij een metrostation . Met de metro duurt het ongeveer 20 minuten im naar het historisch centrum van Rome te gaan. In de buurt van het appartement zijn voldoende eet en drink gelegenheden die niet overspoeld zijn met toeristen. Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanraden!

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a 3 minutos del metro, Línea A, la cual te lleva a todas los principales monumentos, en unos pocos minutos. Carlotta, la dueña, responde inmediatamente a los mensajes y resuelve cualquier duda que tengas. El apartamento está limpio y muy bien equipado, incluso, tienes alimentos básicos como agua, leche, mermelada pan tostado, café, té, azúcar, etc, lo cual viene genial para los primeros desayunos. Repetiré alojamiento cuando vuelva a Roma. Gracie mille!!
Cons: Para nosotros todo estuvo perfecto.
