Cost efficient, cute home

Pros: Location is amazing. 3 min walking distance to metro A, around there are bakeries, pharmacy, market, tobacco etc. Easy to access the apartment. Nice furnitures, comfy beds.

Cons: Apartment was a bit dirty ( beds, toilet and kitchen was clean however there were lots of dust on the floors). It is in a crowded street so street noise comes a lot. Air conditioning was not working in both rooms. Also there is a coffee machine however no capsules.

Pros: Estaba todo muy bien. Buena ubicación, cerca del metro, tiendas también. Había una panadería al lado con comida preparada. Muy limpio y con todo que se pueda necesitar.

Cons: Lo único que la lavadora no funcionaba. Por lo demás todo genial.
