Great place in a great location with super friendly staff.

Pros: Great hotel in a very central location. You can walk to all the attraction in Rome. However, it is on a little side street so there is no noise at night. The rooms were of a decent size, and the bathrooms were also good. Breakfast was good and we liked that it started from 7am so one could get an early start some days. The best thing about the hotel was definitively the staff. They were fantastic, friendly, funny and helpful. The people always make the difference as they say. We had many nice conversation with them and appreciated all their insights.

Cons: More space in the bathroom to put the vast amount of toiletries, hair and skincare products some teenage daughters bring on vacation would have been helpful. :-)

Clean, comfy and well-situated

Pros: We stayed here for our fourth anniversary. The hotel was clean, modern and well situated. It allowed us to walk the entire holiday, and is only around 10 minutes away from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. We chose not to use public transport (we preferred to walk) but if you did want to use it, it’s also accessible.

Cons: The hotel was brilliant, but my only word of advice would be that it is up a bit of a steep street.

Pros: The beds are sooooo comfortable. And the receptionists were very nice. The lady who worked in the breakfast lounge was also super nice. overall, we really enjoyed the hotel.

Cons: It is not that I didn't like it, but maybe breakfast could have someone extra to help, so there wasn't so much time waiting to replace empty plates with food at the buffet. But it wasn't that bad either.

Pros: An amazing experience. I went to many good hotels in my life. But this one was just everything perfect. The experience from the beginning until the end was just perfect. Hotel room clean and beautiful. Amazing shower. I can also say the breakfast is very good. Lastly a big thank to the Team, everyone was just so kind and helpful. Definitely we will come back.

Perfect Location & Outstanding Service

Pros: The location was absolutely amazing - genuinely just steps from the metro, which made getting around Rome incredibly easy. From the moment I booked to the moment we checked out, the staff were exceptional. Every single person, from reception to housekeeping, was warm, professional and genuinely committed to making the stay perfect. You could feel the care in the way they handled even the smallest details. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated throughout - immaculate, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast had a great selection, and the team went above and beyond to make sure guests had everything they needed. Overall, it was one of those stays where you feel looked after from start to finish. I would absolutely return.

Cons: Honestly, nothing at all. Everything about the experience exceeded expectations.

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean and cosy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had everything we needed and more. The staff were all so polite and helpful and ensured that our stay was the best. The breakfast was plentiful with a great varity and until 12pm which was a bonus after a late night with vino. Excellent location just 1 minute from the metro which takes you to all major sites of interest with minutes. Less than 10 minutes from the Trevi fountain. Everything within walking distance even great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel

Perfect place for our stay in Rome

Pros: The best hotel room ever! All staff members were very kind and helpfull. Mauro and Carlo from the front desk helped us every day with usefull informations. The breakfast is all we need. The room is cozy, silent and perfectly clean. Very close to the important touristic spots - walking distance 10-20 minutes. So, it's a 10/10. We stayed 5 nights.

The best stay in Rome. Location is very convenient from a tourist viewpoint.

Pros: Service at the hotel was excellent. We had a problem in the bathroom and hotel personnel responded immidiately. They provided us with better room.
