Amazing

Pros: We had such a lovely stay with the rooms being exceptional. Very spacious with such high ceilings and a lovey bathroom. Not to mention the location of the hotel being close to all of the major attractions making our stay very convenient. Jerome at the front desk should be mentioned as he made our check in smooth as well as answered all the questions we had given him.

Cons: However, the only downside was that the Aircon Unit was not operational in the room.

We got into hospital but hotel was perfect.

Gem of a hotel with modern rooms

Pros: Great hotel close to the spanish steps and many tourist attractions. Staff very welcoming and I think our room was upgraded. room was lovely, modern, clean. As we were waiting to check in the gentleman checking in some slightly difficult guests handled them very well...

Cons: nothing, its expensive to stay in rome, tourist tax is something to be aware of.

A great location and a smart friendly hotel.

Pros: The hotel is clean and beautifully designed with a modern Italian feel. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips and directions. The bedroom was a good size and the amenity kits were perfect - a hair band is priceless!

Cons: We were on the first floor so some road noise but it’s Rome so that’s okay. The main issue was the heat - the hallway on level 1 and our bedroom was very hot. The air conditioning had no effect and I contacted reception multiple times to ask them to set it lower but this did not have any effect. We couldn’t leave the windows open all night due to the street noise.

Great choice of hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast served by the table

Pros: We liked the Location and the facilities and the fantastic breakfast staff who served a very nice breakfast. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms and also a nice menu for eating dinner at restaurant in the evening.
