Happy Memories of a Very Pleasant Stay

Pros: The room which was a junior suite exceeded expectations. All of the staff we had interaction with were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location is good with walking access to many of Rome's main attractions. There are two good supermarkets nearby and several small rip off prices ones.

Cons: The shower tray in the bathroom leaked slightly (a sealing issue) but not sufficiently to complain. The cleanliness was generally good however a nest of tables that we used at nighttime had remaining stains on them both days. As a result we didn't leave a tip for the cleaning staff (a practice that we always do when it is warranted). It's a pity but we didn't let it spoil our enjoyment of the Palazzo.

Great value for the money with warm and friendly staff.

Pros: The hotel is very centrally located. Communication was easy and clear, and the staff very friendly. They helped to arrange transport for us from the airport and even gave us a free room upgrade upon arrival!

Pros: The breakfast was very good. The bed was too high. Ineeded a stool to climb. The bathroom was slippery for older guests it’s not safe. But the room was pleasant and the location great.

Very comfortable palazzo very conveniently located overlooking Barberini piazza. Excellent service throughout.

Pros: Very comfortable Palazzo hotel. Delighted with our room upgrade. Spacious, quiet and well appointed rooms. Hospitable staff who are easy to approach to book restaurants etc.

Cons: Nothing.

Fantastic location and beautifully clean.

Pros: The location could not be better. Walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Near beautiful cafes and next to a metro station, it could not be better placed. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Also despite being next to a busy area the hotel is very quiet and we slept really well.

Cons: Nothing.

We enjoed our stay very much.

Pros: The location was excellent and within walking distance of most places we planned to visit. Taxi station and public transport, bus and subway, are within a few minutes walk.

Cons: The shower stall in our room had no handle bar and the floor was slippery.

Pros: Excellent breakfast on the roof terrace. John was very helpful and arranged airport transfers and restaurant booking.

Great friendly boutique hotel at competitive price in central Rome.

Pros: Lovely little hotel right in the centre, by a Metro station, and a short walk to the major attractions. Small roof terrace for breakfasts is a plus. Everything was really clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom completely modern. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We had a slight problem with the shower and it was fixed right away. Would stay here again.

Pros: Comfortable rooms just a little small and not great lighting

Cons: Breakfast- limited options, staff wasn't the friendliest. But was nice

Actually, we are vert very satisfied the property, and I’ll come back to that hotel !!!
