Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Veronica and Silvia at the reception — they were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Their attitude truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. The service throughout the hotel was of a high standard, attentive and efficient. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options, a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Would recommend to anyone! Excellent location, very comfortable and clean. Staff excellent!

Pros: Staff were excellent… so polite and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

Cons: Only one issue… bed was not made up properly one day with undersheet still wrinkled from night before.

Cons: The cleaning of the room a little haphazard. Dirty saucers not removed , the make up pads not replenished regularly , did not restock the fridge with beer after consumed over 7 days .
