Vatican House Via Terenzio

Vatican house, no 7.

Pros: Brilliant location for vatican. Lots of space in the apartment. We were a group of 7. Big sofa's and 7 chairs around a large table. Traditional Italian style was pleasing inside and cosy with modern kitchen. Clean sheets and towels.

Cons: It was a bit grubby in places. Curtains off their rails, tarnished taps. Showers jets not working. Hairdryers not working. Some quirky electrics. Bedspread covers/cushions not very clean. Needs some TLC and then it would be a magnificent apartment. A vast collection of old china in kitchen.

Nice and clean

Pros: The property was very good. The kitchen especially was well stocked if you were looking to cook.

Cons: 1 of the rooms had what amounted to 'camp beds' (twins) whilst another had a settee style pull out bed. This wasn't what we expected. One of the twins had a slope so this was a tad uncomfortable. I can't say they were uncomfortable, but they weren't beds in the true sense. The only other factor to consider is the distance across the river to other points of interest. Factor in a good 20 minute walk and we are all fit 60 year olds. Not bad going out, but after a wine or two... The location however is ideally located for the Vatican and Castle Can't Angelo. The prices are a little cheaper around this district, so pro's and con's.

Pros: Location very good. Veru big. Clima very good. And vatikan very close. The manager is very responsive and good

Cons: the bed was not comfortable and The seats in the living room were very old and unusable. There was no internet in the back rooms. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. The items in the kitchen were very old

Pros: It is a really beautiful , peaceful place . Very spacious and clean, our family couldn't ask for anything more. Excellent location walking distance to the Vatican , shops, and restaurants . We would highly recommend Vatican House Via Terenzio. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: I, my son and daughter, and our friends with children spent three days (two nights) in these apartments. Great location, five minutes from the Vatican, very clean, cozy, very friendly apartment managers. And the price is very reasonable for such apartments. The apartments are fully equipped and very spacious. 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms - very comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The host was helpful upon check-in and gave us great recommendations on local attractions and the best way to get between them. We recommend these apartments to everyone. And if possible, we will try to stay in these apartments on our next visit to Rome.

Pros: The house looks so beautiful and classy. Good house with many toilets and rooms! Perfect for big families or friends!

Cons: The cleaning was not amazing. Specially the kitchen.

Large size apartment with very good location! Worth the price

Pros: Very good location, 15mins walk to Valtican city. Convenient store just downstairs next door. Apartment size is big.

Cons: Bathroomware are little bid old, probably drain needs to be cleaned. water pressure is a bit small. But we can understand it is and old building.

Location cannot be better!

Pros: Location, location and location!!! It just cannot be aby better: Vatican and Sant Angelo literally less then 10 mns walk. The flat is very spacious. Lots of decent and not too expensive restaurants around. Many food shops just a few minutes walk. The hosts quickly addressed an issue we raised. An underground garage 5-mnt walk from the apartment at 25 euro/night.

Cons: Antic furniture and some other items require some really minor but vital fixing / care to make them last.

A nice apartment in a great location.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment

Pros: Brilliant location, easy check in, lovely apartment, the photos aren't exaggerating, it's large and beautifully furnished.

Cons: All these are minor points easily outweighed by the positives but - only one set of door keys, the cutlery draw was broken, there are only large saucepans, it's a flat with people below so if you make any significant noise, with us children running around, they complain, the details ask for a security deposit but they don't want it so we took out an extra 200 euros we didn't need.
