Fantastic place
Pros: Just fantastic! All rooms has outside light (sun) The heating was very nice We were 5 people and we have plenty of space to deal comfortably I like the two bathrooms I like the Tv room The kitchen has everything
Cons: I can’t find something very bad. If I have to say something bad is the small second WCbut it’s ok

Cons: air conditioning, equipment is slightly old, had to seek help of the property manager as it did not work once - but they were prompt and stepped in immediately to sort it out,

Spacious bright apartment close to Vatican
Pros: Spacious cosy bright apartment in perfect location, where you can reach everything by foot. Caring and friendly owner. There was enough space for five adults - everybody had a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms in the apartment is a huge advantage. However shower cabins where a bit small..
Cons: Windows of all rooms are orientated to the street, so it is a bit noisy especially when windows are open.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, clean and quiet. There are plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. The host was very helpful.
Cons: There isn't anything we didn't like, although some facilities require repair. For example, the main bathroom toilet seat keeps coming off and makes a loud noise when used. A guest information booklet containing key information (eg, where to place recyclable waste) would have been helpful.

A very nice vacation in Rome

Perfect!
Pros: the apartment is very clean and very spacious, the hosts were extremely kind, although the check in could be done without their presence, they waited for us despite the fact that we arrived late in the evening. The neighborhood is clean and close to the main attractions (5 minutes walk to the Vatican), cafes and restaurants and great area for shopping.

A bright and spacious well equipped apartment in an excellent central location
Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent as we were able to walk to many tourist attractions, bars etc. The apartment was large with plenty of space for 5 adults. It was hot for April, and the air conditioning kept us cool at night. The hosts were very helpful, and met us at the apartment to give us the keys and answer any questions we had.
Cons: We have no complaints.

We would recommend this property without hesitation. We had a great stay. Thank you.
Pros: The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, from underground station to grocery and nice bars, all within walking distance. An airport bus stop is only a few hundred meters away. We also enjoyed the beautiful street view with spring flowers. The apartment is spacious. All the three rooms are large and bright. The large table in the living room was absolutely a positive surprise, actually much bigger than what it seemed in the pictures. We had good memories together sitting around it. The host provided clear indications from the beginning. When we needed suggestions not related to the apartment, she also gave us info that turned out very useful.
Cons: The elevator is a bit small, max 3 people at a time.
