El apartamento bonito y limpio, pero el acceso nos dió problemas

Pros: Si, es bonito, recién reformado. En una zona muy elegante y tranquila. Muy limpio y cómodo. Cama amplia y cómoda. Cocina bien equipada, solo le falta microondas. Pero hay hasta plancha de la ropa.

Cons: Lástima que la única forma posible de acceso a él, sea con codificación y claves. La 1@ noche según llegamos, tardamos casi 2 horas en conseguir entrar, porque después de pagar las tasas y realizar todo el check-in online, no llegaba el correo con la codificación o clave, dicho correo tardó más de una hora y media en llegar. Y al llamar al alojamiento, salía una operadora que no me atendía. Fueron horas angustiosas, ya creíamos que dormíamos en el rellano de la escalera. Porque a aquellas horas encontrar hotel, iba a ser complicado. Pero es que el problema de ese tipo de acceso una vez tienes las claves, es que estás supeditado a que no te falle, roben o pierdas el móvil, sin movil no puedes entrar ni en el portal ni en el apartamento. No conseguimos conectarnos a la wifi. Y ya como detalle: eché de menos un espejo para poder verte mientras te vistes, solo hay uno en el baño sobre el lavabo.

Pros: Apartament odpowiada opisowi z oferty. Zachwyca bardzo dobra, profesjonalna obsługa. Po zamówieniu noclegu otrzymaliśmy @ detaliczny opis + linki do filmów, pokazujące jak obsługiwać urządzenia w apartamencie oraz jak dostać się do apartmanetu (self check-in). Wystarczy się zapoznać i wszystko wiesz. Apartament jest przestronny. Mieszkaliśmy w nim w 4 osoby. Był czysty i dobrze urządzony. Po całodniowym zwiedzaniu doceniliśmy bardzo wygodne łóżka i, co rzadko spotykane.... wygodne poduszki! Jest też znakomicie położony i skomunikowany, w szczególności, jeśli preferuje się bliskość do Watykanu. To zaledwie kilka minut na pieszo. Każdy pokój ma własny klimatyzator. W pobliżu znajduje się kilka marketów spożywczych. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. To był bardzo dobry wybór!

Apartment is lovely, spacious and new. Lock system for entering the apartment is complicated.

Pros: My wife and I loved the location in Prati. The apartment appeared to have been newly renovated with all new bath and kitchen fixtures. Recently painted, there was a lingering odor of paint when we were there in June of 2025. Opening the windows helped.

Cons: There was a complicated system for entering the building and subsequent doors internally, four in all. There is need for an internet connection with no glitsches, otherwise it is impossible to enter the apartment. Additionally, there was noone to call when we encountered a problem. Everything is handled online by messaging system, and response time can be long. We were in a constant state of anxiety each time we had to re-enter the property, not knowing if we would be able to smoothly finesse the lock system.
