Perfect stay

Pros: The room was as seen on the website and we had a great time in Rome, using the bath in the room after a long day of working was great, we even used the spa jets in the bath during the day when we had some time as it's quite loud, but that's expected with any bath with jets. The location was great and we would 100% book again if in Rome.

Cons: There wasn't really anything we didn't like.

Great spot for sight seeing weekend.

Pros: Location is superb, nice a clean space, perfect for a sight seeing weekend.

Cons: Breakfast was average but we didn't go to Rome for breakfast.

Lovely location, lots of stairs

Pros: Great location with a lovely set up of free-standing bath in the bedroom. Comfortable night’s sleep also

Cons: The lift/elevator was out of action so having to carry our cases and pushchair up 2 flights of stairs was a challenge

Pros: Good location, plenty of great restaurants around, very quiet. We appreciate the terrace. The reception desk was very helpful.

Pros: The room was very cozy and clean. The staff was very nice and let us to leave our bags in the hotel after check out. The location is very good, close to all attractions in the center of Rome.

Pros: The location was excellent. Very near Trevi Fountain, and walking distance with other attractions. The room was very comfortable, and it was very quite.

Pros: Great location near restaurants and Trainline with the essentials for what you need. Everything is stated clearly in the booking advertisement so it is important to read what you are booking (stairs, breakfast, staffed hours). We had an issue with our bathroom and staff were prompt in fixing the issue and offering alternative solutions as well as storing our luggage while we explored before our flight.

Pros: It was quiet although very close to the metro and walking distance to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. Great room, fab bed and shower. Kettle in the room and breakfast was right next door

Cons: I feel sorry for the property they there is a dispute so the lift can’t be used. We are for so managed the stairs no problem

Pros: Service is Great! and with a Smile! Very high responsiveness

Cons: The Elevator doesn't work, have to take the stairs 1-2 floors, not so fun with suitcases. AC in the room wasn't cold enough for peak summer heat. The service guy tried to fix but it seems that these are the capabilities of the AC
