Really pleasant and comfortable

Pros: The hotel staff were so professional and always happy to help. The room was lovely and super clean. We were upgraded to a junior suite as we were on our honeymoon which was a very kind and generous gesture from the hotel.

Cons: It was just a little bit outside of the busy areas of the city but still well within a walking distance.

The hotel is a beautiful building, with attentive staff & the overall vibe of the hotel was friendly.

Pros: Great location surrounded by restaurants & amenities. Very close to the main park area. In a safe neighborhood to explore. The rooftop bar was great for cocktails & to retreat to after a day of sightseeing. Staff service was fantastic from the doormen, house keeping & reception personnel.

Cons: Lounge area downstairs not always open & upstairs bar whilst fantastic did not serve hot drinks.

Great stay.

Pros: The hotel is clean and the staff are super nice. Everything was great. The doormen were the nicest, specially Simeone, hope that I spelled his name correctly.

Cons: The price was a bit high that what you are paying for. I dont know if 5 star hotels are normally this expensive in Rome.

Beautiful, elegant and comfortable

Pros: Matteo and Nicola were exceptionally helpful on the concierge desk. Cities like Rome need a knowledgeable and helpful concierge desk to ensure guests enjoy the city properly and these guys did just that. Thanks to them for excellent restaurant recommendations and assisting with bookings.

At the Ambasciatori you feel like an ambassador in Rome.

Pros: The location of the hotel was very good because downtown Rome and a lot of its attractions are within walking distance. Walking in Rome is the best way to feel it as it really is. We enjoyed the comfort and the amenities, including two nice bottles of sparkling italian wine.

Excellent unforgettable stay

Pros: Excellent spacious rooms and totally remodelled hotel. Breakfast is very flexible with both a fully fledged buffet option or specialist menu for intercontinental delicacies. Gym provides facilities beyond those usually found in most hotels with the same TechnoGym branded kit found in Virgin Active and Third Space gyms within the UK.
