A great experience throughout our entire stay, in all aspects: great location, great views over Rome ( mornings from the breakfast restaurant felt like we were spectators from a balcony over beautiful Rome and dinners alike, over lighted architectural silhouettes of the Eternal City, what a romantic and unique feeling!), great breakfast, dinner, drinks; cleanliness impecable, amenities were great. The staff is warm, helpful, attentive- here I have to mention Francesco from the breakfast-the best breakfast experience ever because of him and his collegues. Can’t wait to come back at Hotel Eden Rome!

Expensive but very pleasant stay.

Pros: The food available at the hotel was amazing, my girlfriend was celiac and they were able to accommodate no problem. The staff was very nice and pleasant to speak with.

Cons: There were no amenities really available in the hotel other than the rooftop restaurant and the gym. I think it's because the property is undergoing renovations. It would have been nicer to have a pool to use.

Pros: Everything about this hotel was great. Although this is the part of large hotel group they made the stay personable - it was like coming home not like visiting. Every staff and managers were friendly but polite & professional.

Cons: booking rez ettiğim oda 40 m2 olmasına rağmen bize standart 25 m2 küçük bir oda verdiler biz eşimle valizleri açtıktan sonra resepsiyona indim ve bu odanın 40 m2 olması lazım ama yarısı kadar dedim resepsiyonist bana normalde aldığımız boş bir odayı başka bir blokta gösterdi birde süit oda gösterdi aldığımız odaya gerebilirsiniz yada süit para ödeyip geçebiliriz dedi valizleri boşalttığımız için eşimle geçmeyelim dedik ama oda çok küçüktü çıkacağımız günde 3 saat geç çıkış istedik otel boş olmasına rağmen bize vermediler bir bayan resepsiyonist kaba bir şekilde para ödememiz gerekiyor dedi bizde zaten odadan mağduruz aldığımız odayı bize vermediniz geç çıkış verin dedik ama han fendi büyük odaya geçseydiniz yada süit geçseydiniz diye cevap verdi üç gece 6 bin euro ödeyip 3 saat geç çıkışı bizi mağdur ettikleri halde üçret istemleri hiç hoş değil yönetimsel sıkıntı var

Beautiful hotel with lots of history. We can’t wait to come back!

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the staff specially at the rooftop Resturant are beyond exceptional. The rooms are cosy and the marble bathroom is breathtaking. The breakfast is amazing!!

Cons: The rooms are small but very cosy. There is no iron in the rooms and we constantly had to ask for one.
